Yin Cheng, who has become a top ability user in the last days, still doesn't know how he suddenly returned to before the apocalypse began. He was still working as a bodyguard for others. He thought it would be boring to experience the apocalypse all over again, but stumbled upon a delicious little Young Master.

Impressions: Someone was asking for zombie apocalypse recs on NU so I decided to look for some on jjwxc.... then I started reading it to see if its good... reading it... then I couldn't put it down until I finished it. Lol.

So our MC is a top level player in the base, while sleeping, he was suddenly rebirth to 10 years in the past. MC was still young master's bodyguard, because his employer confessed to him, he resigned from work, found a new job, then the apocalypse began, survival, getting stronger, he heard on the news that the young master died on the way to the Capital.  10 years later, MC is among the top talents.

Our shou (Young Master Bai) came just in time to retract his confession to MC, begging him not to leave. MC is soft on Young Master Bai cos shou is the first person to confess to him purely because he likes him. During the apocalypse, countless people confess to MC but they always had ulterior motives. He also pitied that shou died shortly after the apocalypse began. He decided not to resign and protect this Young Master and at least, send him safely to the Capital.

Shou sees some hope cos MC didn't reject him. You can't blame shou cos MC is really really soft when it comes to him, very pampering. Then Bai Family scandal broke out, Young Master Bai has a big brother in the Capital... big brother is an adopted son, he will handle the family business and little shou can just enjoy the  dividend from the stocks. At least that's what Father Bai told him. But turns out that big brother is actually Father Bai's illegitimate son! Even older than him! And Father Bai deliberately spoiled shou so he would become a 'waste' and not compete with big brother. MC feels betrayed and didn't want to come to go the Capital. MC agrees cos things would definitely be chaotic during the start of the apocalypse.

MC finds a watch that he picked up during the last days. This watch has a System. System detects that MC has powers and asked him to 'charge' the watch. System explains how the apocalypse began. There are illegal aliens experimenting on drugs and used Earth as a testing site. This drug would make living things evolve, when it fails, they'll become zombies. If they fully charge the watch, System can send an SOS to high level civilization so they can rescue Earth. MC is the first to know this cos he lived a whole 10 years of apocalypse and no aliens show up so he is determined to charge the watch. He tells shou about the System and aliens, and shou believes him. Shou grudgingly still warns his family. The System also has a space function (Lol! Necessity in the apocalypse XD)

The apocalypse began, after staying in their house for a few months, they began their trip to the Capital. They picked up a water user ability that was betrayed and joined a small team that was also on the way to the Capital. They also picked up two mutant dogs~~ MC is happy cos he got more free bodyguard for the Young Master~~ They arrive at the Capital, Shou meets his family and doesn't mention the previous things. He still feels a little hurt cos even though Big Brother and Father Bai knew how dangerous it was outside for ordinary people (Little shou didn't awaken any ability), they just continued to worry in their hearts but never thought of leaving the Capital to look for shou. In all fairness, Father Bai and Big Brother is still good to shou cos they are willing to continue to 'raise' him even though he's an ordinary person (There are many betrayer parents / family during the apocalypse) but this has become a thorn in shou's heart (plus the previous things) so he can't get along with them as well as before.

Afterwards, shou and MC officially became lovers and they decided to leave the Capital base cos MC needs to fight stronger zombies and evolutionary plants and animals to get more energy to charge the watch. They travel around with their teammates to dangerous places. When the watch is fully charged, they send an SOS to aliens then stayed on a small base waiting for the aliens to respond. On the base, the people are all surprised cos a group of very strong ability users + 2 mutant dogs + 2 puppies (Lol) are working as bodyguards for an 'ordinary person'. Then the aliens came and stopped the virus. People won't get infected anymore, but they still have to solve the remaining zombies/animals/plants and because of MC's merit of reporting illegal alien activities, their planet is awarded a place in the interstellar network. Aliens are willing to share some technologies to us~~ There are 300 places in the quota for Earth. 

MC feels that this responsibility is too heavy (lol) and he just wants to live peacefully with shou. They decide to go back to the Capital then MC pays a 'night time' visit to one of the old leaders he knew was a good person during the apocalypse and explain the situation to him. Aliens leave 20 places in the quota for MC & his team. And the remaining 280+ quotas are negotiated by different country leaders. (MC left it all to the old leader to take care off) Laters, MC & shou joined the 'learning'expedition on other planets for 2 years. When they returned to Earth, they see Big Brother and Father Bai, and Big Brother apologized to shou. Shou also gifts big brother some learning materials. They think about going out to different planets in the future~~

This is very sweet.. little shou is very willful and childish.. definitely will not survive the apocalypse without our bodyguard/nanny/boyfriend MC. Lol. Really really a lazy little master, but he is very obedient to MC so he is willing to work hard if needed. Will be spoiled if allowed XD XD XD Our MC is very very pampering to shou. It took a long time for him to accept shou's confession, but from his actions from the start, he's like shou's boyfriend already XD XD XD This is fun to read~~ I haven't read any zombie apocalypse novel for a long while ^_^ Maybe I'll start looking again~~
