"Can you see the baby boy on your left? He's not shy at all it seems"The doctor says causing me to smile but I swore we heard two heartbeats.

"Yeah he takes after his dad not shy at all" He says causing my nails to dig into his hand harder while he grins.

"Okay now... Oh umm" The doctor says moving the scope around my stomach while my heart beats fast in my chest as a wave of worry kicks in.

"What?! What's wrong!" He nearly yells which isn't helping me placing my hand on his chest causes him to calm down a bit.

"There the other one is, its a baby girl she seems to be shy. I'm sorry for the alarming scare she moved away but there she is right near her brother now. Seems you two are having twins, they're both very healthy and the same size which is a good thing from what I can see on here. I don't see anything out of the ordinary so you both have very precious set of twins" The doctor says causing tears to slowly slide down my cheeks seeing both our babies on the screen even though our little girl almost gave us heart attacks.

"Hi babies don't scare mommy and daddy like that again okay"Saying watching the screen as they move a little causing me to smile.

"They are perfect Angel, I can't believe it their right there. Hi babies we love you both, can't wait to meet you both. We would like some pictures of them, thank you "He says causing me to look over at him seeing tears rolling down his cheek slowly while he smiles placing my hand on his cheek softly.

"Of course and Congratulations" The doctor says and she starts to snap pictures of our babies while he leans over an kisses me deeply as his tears hit my cheeks I know for a fact that their happy tears.

"Thank you doctor" We both say as she nods her head smiling at us and yet my intuition was right I knew I was having twins and yes he did to.

After the doctor hands us the pictures of our beautiful babies she leaves the room giving us privacy my Angel pulls her shirt down with no hesitation and pulls a bottle of body spray out of her bag shaking my head chuckling taking a step back just make sure she doesn't spray me by accident even though she smells like cookies she glances over at me smiling leaning over wrapping my arms around her rocking her back an forth honestly Im luckiest man on the earth right now, we both look down at the pictures of our babies in different positions even though our sweet little girl almost have us a scare when she hid her face away which was not fun at all kind of reminds me of my Angel a bit honestly I know one thing is for damn sure our daughter isn't allowed to date not happening.

Leaving the room she grabs my hand giving a light squeeze lifting her hand up to my lips softly placing a kiss on it causes her to giggle I've been working on a secret project for our babies that she doesn't know about until we all go back to the house feeling her head lay on my shoulder smiling before kissing the top of her head as we slowly make our way back to everybody so we can tell them all the big news honestly I'm just hoping she likes the surprise I got in store for her, as we reach everyone they all instantly get up an wait for us to tell them glancing at her she smiles nodding her head turning the picture around showing them the twins all of them instantly smiles at us while her grandma walks over and hugs us both smiling wrapping my arm around her hugging her back.

After everyone got a chance to see the picture of the twins which was funny to watch my uncle Leo get all choked up over it we've even got pictures of him just for my personal evidence to use against him when the time comes smirking opening the door up for her she winks at me flirtatiously walking past me groaning a little yeah I kinda deserve that for what I did earlier to her but it's okay for now, we jump in the SUVs I'm really anxious to see her reaction to the surprise she softly lays her head on my shoulder as she looks at the pictures smiling wrapping my arm around her while Vincenzo pulls out the parking lot to head back to the house finally Aurora hands her phone over to my Angel"Thank you"she says pulling up the playlist chuckling well at least she's having a little bit of fun before we get back to which shouldn't be long.
