--Allison's POV--

After my little breakdown, it was a pretty good day.

We sat together for awhile and just talked about some of our favorite things. I learned a ton about James...

His favorite color is red, which I was not expecting. He said he likes it because it can represent so many different things "like love, anger, or something like autumn" is what he told me.

His favorite animal is a phoenix. I want to draw him a picture of one, and I think he would really like it. Maybe I can make it as a present for him since he has gotten me so much...actually...that's a great idea. I don't have any money to buy something for him, not that I think he would accept it if I did use money, but he has gotten me so many amazing things and I've gotten him nothing.

He doesn't talk to his family very often, which is something we have in common. Actually, we have a lot in common. His favorite Disney movie is Snow White, just like mine even though The Evil Queen is really scary. His favorite scent is vanilla, which is mine too. I know that sounds like a strange topic, but it just kinda came up. He likes talking about unusual things like your favorite word.

Yeah, not something you would think to talk about. but we did. James said that his favorite word is crepuscolo, which I later learned means twilight in Italian. He's right, it's a very pretty word and the way he says it makes it even better.

Well, I don't know any words in another language except Hola, which is hi in spanish, but it didn't really matter. I never thought about what my favorite word is. I mean, who actually thinks of what their favorite word is? It makes James more unique, which I like, but it doesn't mean I know what my favorite word is.

But, I thought hard and hard, which made James laugh pretty hard. I finally came up with the word bubbles. Yep. Bubbles. There's a reason behind it which I explained to James when he asked,

"Well, there isn't any way to say it angrily."

"Yes there is baby girl, any word can sound angry if you say it angrily."

"Nope. Not bubbles."

This silly argument lasted for awhile until I finally won when James tried to say it angrily. Which, may I add, he failed in doing. That was my victory for the day, and I made sure to tell Kyle when we got home since he wasn't around for the rest of the day.

Everything was normal for the rest of the week, and now it's Friday morning.

"I have to talk to you sweetie." James said when we woke up.

"Did I do something wrong Daddy?"

"No, not at all baby girl, it's not about anything like that. Daddy has a very important meeting today and..."

"You want me to stay home?" I ask, finishing his incomplete sentence.

"Yeah exact- wait, how did you know that's what I was going to say?"

"I kinda figured it would happen eventually...I mean, I can't come with you to work all the time, can I?"

"I really wish you could baby, are you upset with me?"

"No not at all Daddy, I'll have fun here in the new playroom."

"Okay, thank you baby. Get some extra sleep and then Macy can make you some breakfast when you wake up."

"Okie Daddy..." I say with a yawn as I lay back down and cover myself with the warm blankets.

"Goodnight baby girl"
