"Yeri, I brought you here to help you take your mind off the stress and hate, not so you could make my credit card cry," grumbled Chaehyun jokingly. He carried the huge bear along with four bags of new items which he had paid for with the girl beside him who was holding onto his arm with a cheerful grin.

The night prior, the younger girl had called him up in tears due to the stress and exhaustion on top of the hate which had been getting to her recently. Hearing her sobs, Chaehyun stayed up on the phone to her, even after she had fallen asleep, he kept the call going to just make sure she was okay through the night after a promise that he would take her out for the day, the girls had let Yeri go early after seeing the stress upon her shoulders and that's where they were now. Shopping.

"You offered, Oppa." Chaehyun's face paled. Chaehyun couldn't stand being called Oppa, hence the reason why Yeri likes to tease him with it.

"How many times have I told you not to call me that?" Groaned the boy, pulling her gently out of the way of a group of people walking by, who didn't look like they were going to moving aside. Yeri smiled up at him, but he wasn't looking at her. His eyes were glued on the people around, making sure no harm could come to either of them, mainly Yeri.

The girl shrugged. "About as many times as I've done it."

Chaehyun rolled his eyes jokingly, the corners of his lips curling up into a smile. The pair looked barely recognizable with the masks on their faces and the bucket hat on top of Chaehyun's head, hiding his eyes from the view of the public. Yeri wore one of Chaehyun's hats with a mask and Chaehyun's hoodie slid over her shoulders. It was a cold day out in Seoul, the day had started out warm so Yeri didn't bother wearing a jacket until the change. Fortunately, Chaehyun wore a hoodie and was very happy to let her have it. He was wearing short sleeves, but couldn't bring himself to care. As long as she was warm, nothing else really mattered.

The two sauntered through the busy streets of Seoul, looking for another store to go in when Chaehyun felt a tug on the bottom of his shirt. He glanced down to see a young boy, no older than 5 staring up at him with tearful eyes. Chaehyun handed the huge bear to Yeri and knelt down to the kids level and mustered up the kindest smile he could, though he looked incredibly awkward.

"I'm lost," the kid whimpered.

Chaehyun moved his eyes from the kid and looked around before sighing, he held out his hand and reluctantly, the kid took it. Chaehyun hated how easily it was for the kid to trust him enough to follow him so easily. He was thankful that he came to him rather than anyone else with the wrong intentions. He directed both Yeri and the child in a less crowded part of the crowd, where they could hear him fully. Eventually, the three made it to a corner, where Chaehyun knelt down once again and Yeri stood watching with worried eyes. Chaehyun pulled down his mask and adjusted his hat so the kid could see his face properly.

"Did you run away? What happened?" He asked softly.

"My-my mu-mum let go of my hand an-and i got lo-lost," the small boy spoke in a tiny voice that made Chaehyun's heart melt.

"Alright bud, let's go find your mama. Do you want me to carry you so you can see better?" The boy nodded and lifted up his tiny arms, Chaehyun lifted him into the air and smiled as the kid wrapped his arms around his neck. Chaehyun's free hand took three backs from Yeri who struggled with the bare on top of the bags which he had handed her, she smiled and wrapped both arms around the bear, trying her best to quickly follow behind the pair. "Okay, buddy, if you see your Mum then tell me straight away, okay?"

The kid nodded and rubbed his eyes as the group raced their way through the large crowd. It took about fifteen minutes before the kid screamed, pointing in the direction of a frantic lady. Chaehyun glanced at Yeri and wrapped his arm which carried the bags, around her waist as they headed towards the woman. As soon as her eyes landed on the child, she ran over and quickly collapsed to the ground with her hands covering her face.

"I-thank you, thank you so much. I-I his hand let go of mine for a second and--"

"It's okay, you don't need to explain yourself to me. Just be thankful that he didn't wander into the wrong hands," Chaehyun gave her a reassuring smile as he gently handed over the child. "Be more careful, Bud. Don't get lost again." Chaehyun chuckled and ruffled the dark hair that sat on top of the kids head.

With a few more 'thank you's', Chaehyun and Yeri were back on their way with Chae now holding the bear and remainder of Yeri's bags, she held his arm tightly and smiled up at him.

"You know, I still can't understand why people think you're cold. You're the sweetest ever." She pressed a kiss to his cheek causing Chaehyun to blush.

Though he didn't say anything, a million thoughts ran through his head. 'If you think I'm the sweetest then you clearly don't know how amazing you are' the words remained unsaid but Chaehyun planted a kiss to Yeri's head and continued watching, smiling to himself as she blushed and shyly looked away.

What a day.
