Sean's House

"Stop letting me win!" Kaycee said

"Stop being so god damn good at these games!" Sean said

"Hey you just need to get better"

"Apparently" Sean said as be reshuffled the cards

"I've been meaning to say this to you first since you decided to hang out with me last but I have a surprise," Kaycee said

"Oh great! Wait, is it a good surprise or is it the one where I can never see you again kind of surprise?" Sean asked "Because I'll rather take that one later"

"Oh, no if anything you're going to see me more than ever," Kaycee said

"Oh really?!" Sean said

"Yep because starting Senior year I'm returning to North Side High!" Kaycee announced

"No way," Sean said

"Way" Kaycee said

"That's amazing Kayc," Sean said hugging her as she hugged him back

"Yeah, my parents thought that I wasn't giving school my all now that I am homeschooled so they're going to re-enroll me for the next semester since they already paid for this semester of homeschooling," Kaycee said

"See you only really missed March through June and frankly the crew is not the same without you," Sean said

"I missed you," Kaycee said

"I missed you too Kayc," Sean said

"But I'm mad at you"

"...why?" Sean asked hesitantly

"It took over six weeks for us to hang out," Kaycee said

"Oh, that..." Sean said exhaling a breath

"Yeah that... Should I be mad at you for something else?" Kaycee questioned

"Um, it's just Jules told me that..." Sean said

"I know you were talking to another girl," Kaycee said

"Oh...um the thing is..." Sean said

"ting" Kaycee corrected

"Ting is... the girl I'm seeing is Tahani..." Sean said

"I know"

"You do?"

"Well I guessed" Kaycee admitted "Between Julian saying you were talking to someone and Bailey saying you and Tahani are close like best friends..."

"Well we didn't become official until last week so I guess you predicted the future" Sean said

"So you got over me that fast huh?" Kaycee said

"No! Of course not!" Sean said "I still love you"

"..." Kaycee didn't respond as she's suspicious "So the whole crew knows"

"Only Josh knows... Well now you but at school just Josh" Sean said "Trying to keep it lowkey for now"

"But..." Kaycee said as she's still coming to terms with this

"I'm sorry," Sean said

"There's no need to be for you to be sorry, Tahani's nice..." Kaycee said "At least this makes sense to what Bailey told me"

"Yeah?"

"Yeah, she said Josh was acting weirdly and that you and Tahani became best friends which I now know is you two dating and Josh having to hide and come with the fact his best friend is dating his ex," Kaycee said

"Yeah..."

"Oh man! You two are going to be dating longer than we did" Kaycee said as if they make it to end of the semester they will pass Seaycee length of almost three months

"Of all tings that's what you're upset about?" Sean said

"Oh, no I'm pissed at you!" Kaycee said scaring Sean "But I know when I come back all that is coming to an end!"

"Y-yeah..."

"You don't sound too confident there Shamu"

"Hey we can talk about this any other time let's enjoy today," Sean said bringing the cards back out "I have a good feeling about this shuffle"

"Must be dreaming"

"Love you"

"...Love you too"
