Sasha and I hold hands as we walk into the school Wednesday. As we walk past everyone, Alexa runs towards us.
"Guys! Guess what? Guess what? Guess what?" she exclaims. All of our friends start to gather around us. They all want to hear the big news.
"What?" Sasha asks. She lets go of my hand and wraps her arm around me. I do the same.
"I'm dating Braun!" Alexa says cheerfully. We all smile.
"I'm so glad you've moved on from Kevin!" I say, proud of Alexa. She has come a long way since the beginning of the year this year. From being a former mean girl with her stepsister Charlotte to now being one of the nicest kids in school, she has changed her ways.
"That's wonderful Lexi!" Bayley shouts, hugging Alexa.
"Alexa?" we all hear a deep voice ask.
"Yes Braun?" she answers, looking around for him.
"Look behind you," he tells her.
She looks behind her. He's standing there. She hugs him and takes his hand, to which they both blush. They start to walk to class together.
I grab Sasha's hand again and we follow the new couple, very happy and excited for theme
