Chapter 17: Bayley

*time skip to Saturday*

It is the day of the dance. Sasha and Alexa are at my house. We picked out our dresses Wednesday. Us girls are excited because we get to find out who's on the court and who is queen.

When it is time to get dressed, I wear this dress:

Sasha wears this dress:

Alexa wears this dress:

"That dress matches your hair!" I say, because Alexa's hair is blonde with pink at the tips. We do the hairstyles like the pictures and hear a knock on the door. It's the boys.

"Hey girls," Finn says. "Bayley, you look pretty." I blush. "Thanks," I say. We stare at each other for a while.

"Hey!" Sasha says. "Are you gonna stand here and flirt or are you gonna go to the dance?" "To the dance!" I say, but first the boys put on our corsages.

We walk into the gym and it is packed. The first thing my eyes go to is a really ugly dress. "Guys, look," I tell Sasha and Alexa. "It's Charlotte!" Alexa says.

So, Charlotte is wearing this dress:

We walk away, take pictures and take off our heels. Then a slow song comes on. (AN: I don't own the song)

Finn smiles at me and walks toward me. "Hey," he says. "Hi," I say back. "I know, being your date, that this is required, but wanna dance?" I laugh. "Sure," I say, putting my hands on his shoulders as he puts his on my waist.

I look over to see Seth and Sasha getting along well. They seem to be talking. I hate the fact that my twin stood Sasha up, but he made up for it.

Listening to our favorite song

I look over to Alexa and Kevin. They seem to be having fun. If there is one thing I know about Kevin, it's that he has a huge crush on Alexa. I'm glad she said yes to him.

When you said you looked a mess
I whispered underneath my breath

I look at Finn, who smiles at me. I smile back. "This song reminds me of you," he says. I giggle. "You're so cheesy." "Only for you," he says. I playfully roll my eyes.

When the song is over, the principal says that it is time to announce the court. He called out the freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, until it got to us seniors.

"Up first, we have Sasha Banks." We all clap as Sasha goes to half court. "Alexa Bliss." She goes to half court by Sasha. "Becky Lynch." She hugs Sami and Finn and walks toward us. Becky got ready at her house and Sami came to get her, that's why she wasn't with us.

"Last but not least, Bayley Rollins!" I smile and walk toward my friends. "I demand a recount!" Charlotte shouts. "No can do," the principal says. She storms to her seat.

"And now, your new homecoming queen. She is the senior who got the most votes. She has a great personality, and she's smart too. Ladies and gentlemen, your homecoming queen is Bayley Rollins." Everyone claps as I cover my mouth with my hands.

They crown me and Alexa, Sasha and Becky hug me. "Congrats!" they all told me. I just smiled and said, "Thank you."

Finn runs to half court and kisses me. I hear the whole crowd cheer. "Congratulations Bay. I love you," he says. "I love you too," I tell him.

We then hear some more music play and enjoy the rest of the night.
