Chapter 15: Finn

I have a plan to ask Bayley to the Homecoming Dance. There will be a pep rally today, and I asked the principal yesterday if I could make a performance. He said yes.

It's time for me to go out and perform. "Bayley Martinez, to the football field," the principal announces. Bayley looks confused and walks to the field. I go onto the field, and I start to sing:

I stop at the end of the song. "Bayley Martinez, will you go to the homecoming dance with me?" I ask her. Tears start to form in her eyes. "That was a really beautiful song Finn. And, of course I'll go with you!"

"She said yes!" I say, raising our hands in the air. We smile at the crowd and then we pack up to go home, since pep rallys at our school last a whole day.
