“How about this one?” He asks a little shy and I smile.
“Uhm it looks pretty good, but you missed the last button” I say smiling and I walk over and button it for him. He grabs both of my hands in his, as I go to fix his collar. I look up at him and I see him gulp. Our eyes lock and we stand there for what it seems like hours, but in reality it was just a few seconds.
“Okays, so let’s go get you a tie!” I say smiling and I turn and walk out. About a half an hour later we pay and walk back to the car. We pull up outside of my house.
“Okay so you have the address for the church, reception and hotel right?” I ask
“Yeah, the wedding starts at 6:30 pm right?”
“Yeah but be there by 6:00 pm for like pictures and stuff. I’ll be there at 5:00 pm so feel free to come earlier and save me from all the chaos!” I say laughing and he chuckles and I climb out of the car. “I’ll see you tomorrow” I say smiling and shut the door. He drives off and I walk inside and I pack for the wedding. I finish packing and realize its 5:00 pm
“Wow time flies” I say smiling and I put my bag downstairs by the front door.
“Jess! Your father and I are going over to the reception hall to make last minute arrangements, make sure Gabe is in bed by 9:00 pm, okay?” My mom asks and I nod
“Yeah sure, no big deal. What time are we leaving tomorrow morning?”
“Around 11:00 am” She responds and she walks outside and her and my dad leave.
“Hey Gabe? Do you want to go get dinner at the diner down the road?” I ask and he smiles
“Can I get an ice cream sundae?”
“Only if you eat all of your chicken nuggets” I say laughing at his innocence.
We get to the diner and we sit in a booth that overlooks the parking lot
“Hi how may I help you?”
“I’ll have an iced tea and he’ll have chocolate milk, please”
She brings us our drinks and we order our chicken nuggets and I order a chicken Caesar wrap.
“Thanks for dinner Jessie!” Gabe says as we begin walking home.
“No problem bud, so are you excited for the wedding tomorrow?”
“Yeah, will you dance with me?” He asks looking up at me and I smile looking down into his blue eyes
“Of course I will bud!”
“Yay!”

10:45 am Day of Wedding
“Jess! Gabe! Let’s go we don’t want to hit traffic!” MY dad yells and Gabe and I walk downstairs.
“Daddy where’s my DS?” Gabe asks and my dad smiles
“It’s in the car, bud. Go get in and mommy will buckle you up. Jess are you ready?”
“Uh yeah, lemme just get my heels and I’ll be right out.” I grab my heels and wlak outside and we make our way over to the hotel to relax and get ready. Gabe and I get to share a room while my parents get the other room.
I get into my room and I immediately run and jump onto the bed, landing on my stomach.
“Okay Gabe so its 12:00 pm now, we have 4 hours before we have to get ready, what do you want to do?” I ask him
