Your heart a break,

Oh yeah,

Yeah.

On Sunday you went home alone,

There were tears in your eyes,

I called your cell phone,

My love,

But you did not reply.

The world is ours,

If we want it,

We can take it if you just take my hand,

There's no turning back now,

Baby try to understand.

Don't wanna break your heart,

Wanna give your heart a break,

I know you're scared it's wrong,

Like you might make a mistake,

There's just one life to live,

And there's no time to wait,

To waste,

So let me give your heart a break,

Your heart a break,

Let me give your heart a break,

Your heart a break,

There's just so much you can take,

Give your heart a break,

Let me give your heart a break,

Your heart a break,

Oh yeah,

Yeah.

When your lips are on my lips,

Then our hearts beat as one,

But you slip out of my fingertips,

Everytime you run,

Whoa-oh-whoa-oh-oh.

Don't wanna break your heart,

Wanna give your heart a break,

I know you're scared it's wrong,

Like you might make a mistake,

There's just one life to live,

And there's no time to wait,

To waste,

So let me give your heart a break.

'Cause you've been hurt before,

I can see it in your eyes,

You try to smile it away,

Somethings you cant disguise,

Don't wanna break your heart,

Baby I can ease the ache,

The ache,

So let me give your heart a break,

Your heart a break,

There's just so much you can take,

Give your heart a break,

Let me give your heart a break,

Your heart a break,

Oh yeah,

Yeah.

The day I first met you,

You told me you'd never all in love..."

By the time Demi had stopped singing, Kesha was laying still in her arms. Her body was still tense and she was nowhere near calm, but she wasn't hysterical anymore.

Kesha had silently watched Demi's hair as she had sang, contemplating on the fact that she was sure when Demi had first arrived it had been pink and not brown.

She had also wondered why Demi had only wanted half a head of hair, instead of a full head!

"Your hair was pink," Kesha said softly.

"I dyed it while you were asleep yesterday afternoon," Demi replied.

"I didn't notice," Kesha sighed miserably. She used to notice everything, now her brain just wouldn't focus on anything properly.

"It's okay," Demi soothed. "You don't have to notice everything. You were just preoccupied, which is okay."

Kesha nodded slightly, still staying stiff in Demi's arms.

"I thought you liked bright hair," she said.

Demi nodded, knowing that she would get bored of brown soon. She wanted it to last though, her hair really did need a break!

"I- I've got some clip-ons if you want to use them..." Kesha offered shyly, almost like she was afraid. "They might keep you interested so you won't die it..."

Excitement bubbled up inside Demi at the offer.

"Really?" She asked hopefully. "That would be great!"

Kesha nodded and stumbled out of Demi's tight embrace.

"Yeah, I've-I've got l-loads..." She stuttered, feeling a little nervous. "I'll show you."

Demi followed Kesha upstairs, excited to spend some proper time with Kesha

Was Kesha finally letting her in?
