The sun shines above.
Its rays warm and dangerous,
We survive off it.

The sun's UV rays play a crucial role in our bodies by aiding in the production of Vitamin D, essential for bone health and a robust immune system. Additionally, sunlight facilitates the absorption and utilization of minerals such as calcium and phosphorus. However, excessive exposure to the sun can lead to skin diseases due to overheating. Beyond its impact on humans, the sun also plays a vital role in the growth and development of plants and animals alike.
