Many students, including myself, often find themselves pulling all-nighters to complete assignments. Personally, I struggle with the bad habit of excessively scrolling through my phone before tackling my tasks, leading to procrastination and cramming, usually late into the night. Those experiencing revenge bedtime procrastination need to establish clear boundaries and reclaim their daytime hours to ensure they can prioritize much-needed sleep.
