Tears Falling Down
Haiku by Casim, Yvanne Aerold C.
Tears are falling down,
Silently crying inside,
While nobody cares.
From the author:
This poignant poem delves into the internal struggle of an individual facing a profound conflict within himself—an emotional battle that remains unexpressed. The weight of these suppressed feelings becomes a silent torment, intensifying the inner turmoil. The verse captures the haunting reality that, despite the internal cries for release, the protagonist feels unheard, as others may be unwilling or unable to lend an ear to the depths of his emotional pain.
