Bonus Chapter #1 - All Current Forms and Powers + Intermission

Now as for why Dovah didn't consider using the Goo Transfer Machine (the thing Tenorman planned on using to pump out armies of pseudo-Super Best Friends with) for himself (because he is aware of its appearance on the show), there are two big reasons why.

Reason 1 is that as explained before, the machine shown in "200" and "201" didn't work right. Tom Cruise only got Muhammed's anti-ridicule power for like a minute before it went away.

Even if Dovah were to just imagine the thing in Imaginationland, that wouldn't get rid of the issues it has. There's also the fact that Rob Reiner himself is the only person who could maybe fix/upgrade the thing and that is a big maybe. Dovah had no way of knowing whether or not the guy could do it.

Now say Dovah decided to have Timmy find and mind-control Rob Reiner and imagine the Goo Transfer Machine in Imaginationland and Rob Reiner was in fact able to upgrade it so the power-transfer was permanent. This is where Reason 2 comes in.

Reason 2 is that this transfer machine only works with guys on Earth. Rob Reiner confirmed that only people on Earth have this 'goo' that can be harvested or transferred so you can't use this on people like ManBearPig and Zarganor.

Now that limitation is a bit iffy considering that Muhammed and most likely the other deities shown in South Park (the show) had this goo too but overall, it's mainly limited to guys who reside on Earth.

So even if the stars aligned and Dovah was able to acquire a working permanent power-transfer machine, he could at most get psychic powers from Timmy since he is already a Netherborn like Kenny and as Kenny's immortality involves the soul, not the body, I doubt the goo transfer would allow Dovah to get that ability.

He could also, say, capture and use the Super Best Friends for the Goo Transfer Machine, but he wouldn't since those guys are heroes and religious deities. He only fought them during the Nahkriin war since they were the ones picking a fight with him.

Their powers also wouldn't be very useful since they are just inferior versions of Dovah's own current powers. Sure, he can add them onto his attack combos and Ultimates, but they wouldn't make a very big difference in the long run.

In short, Dovah saw no point in pursuing that option as it had a very small chance of actually working and even if it did, it's use would be very limited with it even possibly crippling the donor (potential Reason 3) as the receiver is taking the 'goo' that makes the donor up which may or may not be capable of regenerating like flesh and blood (never confirmed in canon). Dovah wouldn't risk taking Timmy's powers at the cost of Timmy's own powers becoming weaker or attack other heroes to get slight boosts to his own power.

TLDR: That particular power-transfer machine has tons of potential but even more problems. But that isn't the only thing featured in South Park that can let someone absorb the powers of others.

I won't spoil it now but there was a similar device once featured on a South Park episode that is far more overpowered then the goo transfer machine could ever hope to be.

Now while we're on the subject of powers, here is the current list of abilities Dovah has along with what class they are and where he got/learned them from if applicable.

Quick note #1: this list doesn't include any combos or 'Ultimates' like Prominence Burn or Arm-Ageddon as those are just multiple powers stacked on top of each other.

Quick note #2: I won't be giving a deeper description of every single power as that would take forever for me to do, make this go on for like 10 more pages, and there are plenty of examples and descriptions of most powers being used throughout the story already. I will only provide descriptions for a few of Dovah's current abilities that haven't been clearly defined so far.
