*I got bored so I'm posting this chapter right now. Yo.*

Alison POV:
Well, that was a total bust with Emily.

"Ma! Ma! Ma! Ma! Ma!" Eden screeches over and over again.

I swear this kid is just asking to get yelled at.

"What, Eden?" I ask annoyed.

"I luh yu." She says with her million dollar cheeky grin.

"I love you, too, Eden." I say as I look at her through the rearview mirror.

"I luh yu. I luh yu. I luh yu a lot, mama." She says.

"I love you. I love you. I love you a lot, Eden." I say back with a smile, and she giggles.

"I see Em?" She asks.

"You want to see Emily, again?"

"Yeah mama. I luh yu Em."

"Maybe we'll see her at The Brew later." I tell my daughter.

She's pretty smart for her age. I can have full on conversations with her, so I'm not lonely all the time.

"Yay!" Eden squeals as she laughs and claps her hands.

"That's if she's working tonight." I say.

"Huh?" Eden squeaks, having no idea what I'm talking about.

"Nothin', muffin." I say, and she giggles again.

"Sweepy." Eden yawns.

"I know, baby. We're almost home." I say quietly, and turn the corner.

I see Tyler riding his longboard with a basketball in his hand.

He stops when he sees me, and gives me a small smile before walking over.

I roll down the window, and he holds onto his basketball in one hand, and his longboard in the other.

"I apologized to Emily. I'm not completely heartless." I tell him.

"I know. Just remember..." He says quietly, "time heals all."
