Luca's Perspective

The rogue problem is getting worse day by day. So, I gathered all the alphas for a meeting to address the issue. I'm the alpha of all alphas. (Being the alpha of all alphas isn't easy. It's about protecting the pack from harm, managing administrative tasks, listening to everyone's problems, and attending countless meetings.) "Alphas, we need to increase security at our pack borders. We can't let any rogue near our pack. If there are any rogues near your packs, you have to inform me or my beta." While in the middle of the meeting, my beta mind-linked me. "Alpha, we have her." Upon hearing this, I couldn't help but smile like an idiot.

"Our mate is at home. Let's go, Lucas. What are you waiting for?" My wolf was way too excited to meet, touch, and feel his mate. "Okay, alphas, that's it for today. I have to go; there's an emergency. If you guys have any problems regarding any issues, let me know." Everyone stood up and bowed down to me.

"Okay, Alpha."

I went to my car along with my delta. "Drive fast," I told my driver. I couldn't wait to see my mate. When I reached home, I went straight to my room and opened the door. There was a beautiful view in front of me—my mate lying on my bed in her unconscious state, wearing a beautiful black dress. It must be her party dress from last night, but it was showing too much skin. No one is allowed to see her like this. She's mine. I growled. I stared at her for a few minutes and then went straight to take a shower. I didn't want her to think I stink.

Isabelle's Perspective

Do you ever feel like you're dead? But I feel like I am in the clouds. I slept like a baby; I haven't slept like this in a year. My eyelids were heavy, and I tried to open my eyes with full force. At first, it was blurry, and then I rubbed my eyes.

"Holy crap! Where am I?"

I looked around to take in the view—it was a very beautiful room. It looked like a master bedroom, with a dark brown theme, a king-size bed, lamps on each side, and a terrace attached. There were two couches in the corner.

"Wait, where the hell am I?"

Then suddenly, I remembered last night—the party, Ryan cheating on me, the game, the dare, and the guy in that alley. Suddenly, everything went black. "Wait, I am kidnapped by that party guy." I started panicking. I went straight towards the door, but when I grabbed the handle, it was locked. "Oh hell, I am not going to die here." I started shouting, "Somebody, please open the door."

Suddenly, the door of the bathroom opened. I saw the most beautiful person in front of me. The towel was hanging dangerously low on his hips, and I got a clear view of his V-line and abs. I guessed he never missed a gym day—broad shoulders, long veiny arms, and strong hands. He's sexy af. I wonder what it would be like to kiss him and to run my hands down his defined chest.

Wait, what? Where did that come from?

Wait, he's the same man that Ryan and I saw at the beach a week ago. I started breathing heavily.

Luca's Perspective

"Your mate is panicking. Go calm her down," my wolf said to me.

Isabelle's Perspective

"Calm down, love. I'm not going to hurt you," he said, grabbing clothes from his wardrobe and then wearing a white shirt and black trousers.
