Interstellar Night

On my dreamiest of nights, I see an ethereal girl
In her eyes, the most beautiful of galaxies
A no roof room, she comes down shining like a pearl
A figure straight from my wildest fantasies

Deep in the night, we talk just about anything
The stars of her body reflect the gleam of my tears
The suns on her fingertips warm my face as she dries my wellspring
She moves closer and opens her mouth. I gaze at her and open my ears

She can not speak, but words are not the only means of communication
I feel my eyes squinting as she puts her palm near my eyes
The suns dim out as I recover my vision and stare at a heart-shaped constellation
I burn bright red as I stare at her intentions. She steals a kiss as her prize

She quickly covers her face in embarrassment
I thought she was going to say something. I guess I forgot for a moment
I laugh and tell her with sarcasm to look at our environment
She smiles as the night skies become fluorescent

It signifies that dawn is coming. That she has to go to her home
I ask her if I can come with her. To see how she looks during the day
She downs her head and her body starts to dim out. It is going monochrome
I ask what is happening to her, but she only takes me by my hand and we fly away

As we ascend to the skies and the sun starts to rise, we both look at each other and smile
I did not know at the moment but, as we reached our destination, it became clear
We went through black holes, quasars, and entire clusters of space. It felt like flying freestyle
Time did not move. She begins to flicker in and out of existence as I can only stare at her fear

To die alone. It was her last night in that form
As stars die and transform, she hugged me and said thank you in her way
I am now in the center of the universe. Left to stare at her remains as we both transform
We became Gemini as the universe gave us leeway on her birthday
