We were back in the Impala, oh how I missed this car but Dean missed this car more than me or sam. we are on the road, Dean said" whoo! Listen to her purr. you ever heard anything so sweet?" Me and Sam said" if you two want to get a room, just let us know, Dean." Dean was talking to the car he said" oh, don't listen to them, baby. they don't understand us." sam said" you're in a good mood." Dean said" why shouldn't I be?" he said" no reason." Dean said" I got my car, got a case. things are looking up." Sam and I said" wow. you hear of a couple of severed heads and a pile of dead cows, and you're Mr. Sunshine." Dean chuckles saying" how far to red lodge?" I said" uh, about another 300 miles." Dean said" good." then he revs the engine speeding off.
We made it to town, and they went in to talk to the sheriff, while I stayed in the sweet Impala. they came out, they jacked up that one, next was the hospital where once again I had to stay in the impala. they came back telling me what they found guess what it was a vampire that was killed that's changes everything.
They went to a bar. like always. I stay in the impala, uh, I hate being the youngest winchester. they came walking out, they looked towards me, I got out and ran to them, following them then they turned and put a guy against the wall, Dean said" smile." the man said" what?" Dean said" show us those pearly whites." Dean had a knife against his neck, the guy said" for the love of-- you want to stick that thing someplace else? I'm not a vampire. yeah, that's right. I heard you guys in there." Sam said" what do you know about vampires?" He said" how to kill them. now, seriously, bro, that knifes making me itch." he moved Sam said" hey." the guy said" wow, easy there, chachi." he left his lip up showing us his normal human gums and teeth. he said" see? fang less. happy?" They let him go, I took my knife away from Dean. the guy said" now, who the heck are you?"
We went back to his car, he said" Sam, Bella and Dean Winchester. I can't believe it. you know, I met your old man once, great hunter. I heard he passed. I'm sorry. it's big shoes, but from what I hear,you guys fill them, great trackers, good in a tight spot." Dean and I said" you seem to know a lot about our family." he said" word travels fast. you know how hunters talk." Dean said" no we don't." the guy said" I guess there's a lot you dad never told you, huh?" Sam said" so, um... so those two vampires, they were yours, huh?" He said" yep. been here two weeks." Dean said" did you check out that barker farm?" He said" its a bust. a bunch of hippie freaks. though they could kill with that patchouli smell alone." Dean said" where's the nest, then?" The guy said" I got this one covered. look, don't get me wrong, it's a pleasure meeting you fellas, but I've been on this thing for over a year. I killed a fang back in Austin, tracked the nest all the way up here. I'll finish it." Dean said" we could help." he said" thanks, but, uh, I'm a kind of a go it alone type of guy." Id say he's an idiot type of guy. I looked to the ground, scanning my mind bored, tired, needing sleep or food. Then I hear a car engine. I came out of my mind and we went to the impala, following the guy. once we got there he was being beat up by a vampire, we got out me and Sam got the guy while Dean killed the vampire I covered my face with Sam's jacket when Dean cut off the head.
They went back to the bar, I spied on them. I blinked out and I was next to Sam. sam didn't like this, I touched his cheek, he seem to have noticed but didn't do anything. Dean and the guy were drinking shots and beer. Sam got up and walked off before I blinked out I walked next to Dean, lightly slapping his head. then I blinked back, Sam came out and got in, he looked at me, I said" I don't like him either, Sammy." he sighed. then we drove back to the motel room we must have gotten at some point but I don't remember. I went into the bathroom to change and shower, do my hair into a ponytail and brush my teeth. I took a shower, brushed my teeth, got into some pajamas and put my hair into a ponytail. I came out to see Sam on the phone, I ignored it and went to Sam's bed face planting it, and mumbled" Sam..i'm going to sleep, wake me if something happens." I hear a yeah and I drift off into sleep. I was woken by Sam, he said" in going to get a soda want to come." I got up going to the bathroom coming out in my jeans and one of his shirts. e walked out going to the soda machine. we got our sodas and started to walk back, then something moved, we stopped and acted like we heard nothing opening our drinks and taking a drink. we went back to our room, unlocking the door, slightly opening it, we looked around again before going in and shutting the door behind us. then someone attacked us, Sam held one off but another grabbed me. knocking me out.
I woke up with a bag over my head. I was tied to a chair, the bag was token off my head, a bandana tied around my mouth so I could do anything, I saw Sam next to me, we looked at a man, he grew fangs, we struggled more he was closing in on Sam, then a woman came in the room saying" wait, step back Eli." the man stepped away, the woman walked up to us she said" my names Lenore, I'm not gonna hurt you. we just need to talk." she took the bandanas out our mouths, Sam said" talk? yeah, okay. but I might have a tough time paying attention to much besides Eli's teeth." she said" he won't hurt you either. you have my word." Sam said" your word? Oh yeah great thanks. listen lady no offense but you're not the first vampire I've met." she said" were not like the others. we don't kill humans and we don't drink their blood. we haven't for a long time." Sam said" is this some kind of joke?" She said" notice you're both still alive." Sam said" okay uh correct me if I'm wrong here, but shouldn't you be starving to death?" She said" we've found other ways cattle blood." Sam said" you're telling me you're responsible for all the.." she said" it's not ideal. in fact, it's disgusting. but it allows us to get by." Sam said" okay. uh why?" "Survival. no deaths, no missing locals, no reason for people like you to come looking for people like us. and we blend in. our kind is practically extinct. it turns out, we weren't as high up the food chain as we imagined." the man Eli said" why are we explaining ourselves to these killers?" she said" Eli." he said" we choke on cows blood so that none of them suffer. tonight they murdered Conrad, and they celebrated." she said" Eli that's enough." sam said" yeah Eli that's enough." she said" whats done is done. were leaving this town tonight." Sam said" then, why did you bring us here? Why are you even talking to us?" She said" believe me, id rather not. but I know your kind. once you have the scent, you'll keep tracking us. it doesn't matter where we go. hunters will find us." Sam said" so you're asking us not to follow you." She said" we have a right to live. We're not hurting anyone." Sam said" right, so you keep saying. bug give me one good reason why We should believe you." she leaned down and said" fine. you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to let you go. take them back, not a mark on them." they put the bags on our head, then we got pushed out, back into a truck.
Me and Sam walked through the door of our motel room. we went in to see Dean and Gordon, the guy from the bar, Dean looked at us saying" where you been?" Sam and I said" can we talk to you alone?" We walked back outside, Sam and I said" Dean, we got to rethink this hunt." Dean said" what are you talking about? where were you?" We sighed saying" in the nest." Dean said" you found it?" Sam said" they found us, man." Dean said" how did you get out? how many did you kill?" I said" none." Dean said" Sam Bella, they didn't just let you go." I said" that's exactly what they did." Dean said" all right, well, where is it?" I said" we were blindfolded, we don't know." Dean said" you got to know something." Sam said" we went over that bridge outside of town, but we shouldn't go after them." Dean said" why not?" I said" we don't think they're like other vampires. we don't think they're killing people." Dean said" you're joking. then how do they stay alive or undead or whatever the heck they are?" Sam and I said" the cattle mutilations. they said they live off of animal blood." Dean said" and you believed them?" Sam said" look at us, Dean. they let us go without a scratch." Dean said" wait, so you're saying, no,man no way. I don't know why they let you two go. I don't really care. we find them, and we waste them." I said" why?" Dean said" what part of vampires don't you understand, Sam Bella? If it's supernatural, we kill it. that's our job." Sam said" no Dean, that's not our job, our job is hunting evil. and if these things aren't killing people they're not evil." Dean said" of course they're killing people. that's what they do. they're all the same, they're not human, okay. we have to exterminate every last one of them." sam said" no Dean, I don't think so all right? Not this time." Dean said" Gordon's been on those vamps for a year. he knows." I said" Gordon? You're taking his word for it?" Dean said" that's right." sam said" Ellen says he's bad news." Dean said" you called Ellen? And I'm supposed to listen to her? We barely know her, sam Bella. no thanks. I'll go with Gordon." sam and I said" right, 'cause Gordon's such an old friend. you don't think we can see what this is?" Dean said" what are you talking about?" Sam said" he's a substitute for dad. a poor one." Dean said" shut up, sam." Sam said" he's not even close, Dean, not on his best day. you slap on this fake smile but we can see right through it 'cause we know how you feel Dean. dads dead. and he left a hole and it hurts so bad you can't take it. but you can't just fill up that hole with whoever you want to. it's an insult to his memory." Dean said" okay." then he punched sam, I said" Dean." Sam said" you can hit me all you want. it won't change anything." Dean said" I'm going to that nest. you don't want to tell me where it is. fine. I'll find it myself." sam said" Dean." we went back into the room to find it empty, Dean said" Gordon?" Sam said" you think he went after them?" Dean said" probably." Sam said" Dean, we have to stop him." Dean said" really? 'Cause I say we lend a hand." Sam said" just give me the benefit of the doubt, would you? You owe me that." Dean said" yeah, we'll see. I'll drive. give me the keys." I went to pick up the keys sam put them on the little cactus figure, I saw nothing, I said" he snaked the keys." then they went to the door but stopped me. I huffed knowing they won't let me come I get it I mean vampires, a hunter then the two of them id rather be stuck here than in the impala. they left.
It was about 20 minutes later I blinked out, seeing Gordon have a knife pointed to Sam's chest, I could easily scare him to death, but Dean and Sam would kill me if I did that. I blinked back and ran to the door and ran out running fast luckily I have long legs so I can run very fast, I was nearly to the house. I got there it had been only a few minutes I love having long legs and since I've ran most my life, I'm used to it. I slowly walked in and peeked from behind a wall. unfortunately it was the wall close to Gordon, he must have seen me because he grabbed my wrist cutting my arm pulling me closer to the vampire that drinks cow blood he held a knife to my neck so I couldn't move , Dean cocked his gun pointing it at Gordon saying" let her go. Now!" Gordon said" relax. if I wanted to kill her, she'd be on the floor. just making a little point." my bleeding arm was over the vampires mouth then Gordon turned it so blood dripped into her mouth, her fangs ignited and she hissed. I looked at sam and Dean, Gordon said" you think she's so different. still want to save her? Look at her. they're all the same evil bloodthirsty." she stopped and turned her head saying" no no." I said" you hear her, Gordon?" I took his armed hand away from my neck and sam said" were done here." Dean said" sam get her out of here." sam went to the vampire picking her up, while I walked over to Dean, holding my cut. he motioned me to go with sam, i followed sam.
It was morning, I was being held by sam as we went to get Dean, since he stayed watching Gordon while we made sure the vampires got out of town safe. they did. I felt Sam get up and walk, then I was placed somewhere. then a door closed. then some movement again then the car engine rumble. I still stayed asleep.
