A week later...

Jennie's POV:

I woke up to movement next to me. I slowly opened my eyes to see (Y/N) moving around next to me.

"(Y/N)" I called her.

(Y/N) started mumbling something.

"(Y/N)" I called her again.

I got surprised when I saw a tear escape her eye.

"(Y/N)" I called her one more time.

This time (Y/N) woke up with a small gasp. She immediately sat up and wiped another tear that escaped her eye.

"(Y/N), what's wrong?" I asked concerned.

(Y/N) looked at me before shaking her head.

"Nothing. Don't worry about it." (Y/N) said.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Yeah" (Y/N) said.

(Y/N) then went to the bathroom to do her morning routine and I went to my room to do my morning routine. As I was getting ready for today, I couldn't take my mind off of (Y/N) crying in her sleep.

'Was it another memory?' I thought.

When I was done doing my morning routine, I went over to my phone and decided to call IU. After a few rings, she picked up the phone.

Hello - IU

Hey IU - me

Hey Jennie. Is something wrong? - IU

Yeah. It's (Y/N) - me

What about her? - IU

She was crying in her sleep last night and when I asked her what was wrong, she said it was nothing - me

Oh, it has to do with the death anniversary that's this Saturday - IU

Oh okay - me

Also I have a quick question about you and (Y/N) - IU

What is it? - me

Are you and (Y/N) just cousins? - IU

I paused a blushed a little at the question.

'I mean she is (Y/N)'s childhood best friend but she should hear it from (Y/N).' I thought.

We are cousins but we're also something else. Ask her yourself - me

Hmm okay. I will go now. I have to get ready for school - IU

Okay - me

Okay. Also remember Jennie watch (Y/N) carefully - IU

I will - me

Good. Bye Jennie - IU

Bye IU - me

I then hung up the phone and continued to get ready for today but my mind still went back to (Y/N).

'Who died this week?' I thought.

(Y/N)'s POV:

When I was done doing my morning routine, I still couldn't get my mind off of my dream from last night. Well it was a memory not a dream. It was a memory of her.

'I miss her.' I thought.

I sighed and decided to wear this for today.
