There were other photos present too but those were the most adorable in her opinion. There were a few laughs and giggles here and there when Masaru was talking about young Katsuki's adventures even a bit of parents point of view in the situation which made her more amused at their stories. Come to think of it she had her fair share of laughs and embarrassing moments too. Especially with Naruto around. Just as she staring to warm up with him, his next question made her uneasy.

"What about your family? Being this far away from home, It must hard." he asked looking at the girl beside him. "They must miss you."
She let out a bittersweet smile and let out a strained chuckle. "Yeah.. well.. i." She paused hesitantly "I-i miss them too... A lot."
He noticed her expression and placed an arm on her shoulder and smiled. "Im sure they miss you too."
She smiled back weakly. She knew he was just trying to cheer her up but this time it didn't work. After all, how could he knew?
"Thanks Mr. Bakugou but they're gone." She looked down biting the inside of her cheeks.
"O-oh my! im sorry for bringing that up!" he said panicked. "How did they die?"
"Killed in action." Masaru despite being unaware he still tried to brighten her mood but it proved to be too hard for the man.
"Im sorry for your loss. What were they like?"
"I never knew them actually.. They died after me and my brother were born."
Masaru panicked even more. He mumbled something under his breath.
"What about you adoptive parents?" He asked hoping they would spark some happiness in your features. She looked at his panicked state and contemplated if she should tell him or not.
"Slaughtered when i was seven."
Despite the ac running in the living room making it cold, Masaru was sweating profusely at he's fail attempts to cheer the girl up.
"D-do you have anyone left?" He asked hesitantly.
"I have my twin brother and my two older brothers from my adoptive family." he somehow sighed at the new information. "But it seems ive lost those two as well..." She trailed off.
"What about the older one. He took care of you didn't he?"
"He ran away from the village when i was seven."
Masaru's hands began to sweat everything he tried to do just made it worse. As hesitantly as he could.
"W-why?" I thing (y/n) is unconsciously giving the man mini heart attacks by each second...
"Because he slaughtered his entire clan, leaving us and his little brother behind." She said cautiously.
That was Masaru's breaking point. Unconsciously he rubbed his hands together to try and sooth himself from the mistakes he made one after the other. Of course that set off explosions between his hands making them both jerk up startling each other. Mitsuki taking note of her husband's nervousness, excused herself from the table leaving Katsuki to the teachers. She placed a hand on his arm trying to calm him down.
"What's the matter?" She asked. Masaru leaned in and whispered into her ear. After a few whispered and nods later.
"YOU DID WHAT?!" She exclaimed harshly glaring angrily at him with his asking for forgiveness.
(y/n) cut them off. "Im sorry, I didn't mean to make the atmosphere dim." She smiled at them apologetically.
"That was a long time ago. It's fine Mrs. Bakugou."

To her she smiled because she wanted to brighten the mood but in the eyes of the Bakugou's her smile only made them feel sorry for her. To smile like that even after what she went through. Mitsuki brought her hands to her husband's collar and shook him back and forth. Their behavior made (y/n) Step back.

Aizawa nudged at Gray and the two stood up followed by All Might. "Pardon us, since we've already finished discussing about Katsuki's life in the dorms we should get going." Aizawa said walking to the front door. (y/n) took initiative and joined Aizawa.
"(y/n)!" Mitsuki called.
When the girl turned around Mitsuki hit her husband on the head and forced him to bow then so did she.
"We're sorry for what Masaru said to you." This weirded (y/n) out. Maybe because these were Katsuki's parents? Or that the one who said sorry was Mitsuki and Katsuki looked way too similar to his mother. Just by imagining them switching places...
"There's nothing to be sorry about. he didn't know. Its fine, really." She said reassuringly.
"We thank you for your hospitality Mr. and Mrs. Bakugou." Aizawa said as he and All might bowed with (y/n) following along.
"Of course." Masaru replied but still feeling guilty of reminding (y/n) about.. you know.
"Gray." (y/n) Said towards the cat as she was placing back her masks getting ready to go back out the can jogged to her side then jumped upward climbing up to her shoulder into her scarf, burying himself in.
Aizawa opened the door and went out first followed by (y/n).
Just before All Might went out he waved at the parents then to Katsuki smiling letting himself out.

A few seconds after the door closed Mitsuki shook Masaru again.
"Why did you do that?!" she exclaimed.
"I didn't know!" Masaru said trying to defend himself.
She shook him again.

Katsuki stood up and walked past his parents. "I'll be right back." He said changing his shoes and walked outside closing the door behind him. There, (y/n) stood beside Aizawa having a small conversation while Allmight was following behind.
He walked to All Might calling out to him.
"All might."
All Might stopped and turned around. For a second Katsuki was reminded of the incident in camino ward which deepened his eyebrows and his glare.
"What exactly is Deku to you?" He asked.
"A student. Just like you. A future hero with bright prospects." He said looking down knowing he cant tell him any further information.
From inside the house Mitsuki's voice yelled calling for her son.
"Katsuki! The police said not to go outside!" He turned around and started walking back into his house.
"I see. You can't tell me, it's fine." he paused then looked over to (y/n) who had her head hung lowly as Aizawa talked to her. He turned his head back and continued walking "Thanks."
"KATSUKI!" His mother yelled again.
"I KNOW!" He yelled back.
(Y/n) glanced at the home once again and saw Katsuki walking inside slamming the door shut.

-

After a few more visits, they were finally done and now they were in a cab on their way to sports city for the meet up (y/n) And her friends(?) planned. Although they were running late, (y/n) wanted to know if Aizawa was actually going there without his hero costume.
"Aizawa-sensei? Your not going to change?" she asked.
"I will but I'll change when we get there."
"Oh." she said looking back outside the window.

The low rumbling engine of the cabbie and the muffled noises from he outside world was eating away from (y/n)'s boredom. Then she felt a new grumble but in her stomach. She looked at the sky trying to tell the time.
"What are you doing?" Aizawa asked curiously raising an eyebrow at her.
"Trying to see what time it is." She replied.
"There's a clock on the dashboard." He said.
"Yeah.." (y/n) said but it sounded like she wasn't listening.
"Its probably 11:49" They said in unison. Aizawa looked at her surprised meanwhile (y/n) returned his look with a boastful smile.
"How did you-"
"Its a ninja thing. When we're out on a mission we don't go out carrying around clocks or watches. We tell the time by the sky." She said pointing upwards. Aizawa nodded internally impressed by her accuracy. Soon the silence washed over them like a thick blanket. He noticed (y/n) leaned back on her seat looking outside. Since (y/n) Already spoke Aizawa decided to initiate the small talk.
"What else can you tell by looking at the sky?" He awkwardly asked looking over to her setting his phone down. (y/n) tilted her head curiously wonder how and why he was interested at that but she didn't mind.
"I can tell if it starts to rain soon."
"How?" He asked sounding genuinely curious this time.
"Well that depends, Mostly you'd notice how hot the day is. Then no winds." she said tilting her head to the other side thinking of other signs. "Ah! but if the wind does come you can smell something in the air."
"Smell the wind?"
"Well its more like, smelling the incoming rain."
"You can smell the rain?" He asked sarcastically.
"What? Yes, i can smell it and so can other people!" She pouted mildly annoyed that he clearly doesn't believe her.
"What else?" Aizawa asked.
"Its's called petrichor." She said proudly.
"What exactly is rain-"
"Petrichor" he said cutting him off mid sentence.
He sighed but obliged. "Petrichor.. even smell like?"
"Well. Its earthy?" she said wondering to herself. "It.. Uh.." she paused thinking of words to describe the scent. "Its like an organic, musky scent that you smell trees in the rainforest is covered in a thick mist. So somewhat humid." She looked at Aizawa.
He in turn raised his eyebrow.
"WHAT ITS TRUE!" She said pouting once again but hey, That made her forget the was hungry making the trip entertaining and move somewhat faster that in normally would have taken them.
