"Stop," I commanded and half the army obeyed. My powers were strengthening day by day and I would soon be prepared to face my greatest enemy. "Check everything. I won't let him take me again," I commanded. Everyone listened and I expected as much. Since my love gave the order, everyone accepted me.
This voice in the back of my head still bothered me though. It made me question my every thought. It made me wonder about all my decisions. There is nothing I would have done differently however. I must look toward the future. I must look forward to my future and the future of everyone I loved.
My love kissed my shoulder and I looked up into his loving eyes. "I won't lose you again. This will be our final battle," he said. "Then you will give me the world," I asked. "My darling," he said in that overly confident voice, "The world is already yours."
