CAMRYN'S POV

*One week later*

"Chris, can I talk to you?" I asked, walking out to the living room.

"Of course." He said, pausing the TV. I sat down on the couch next to him and took a deep breath. "What's on your mind?"

"I want to quit my job, stay at home for a while."

"What! Camryn, we're barley providing for the three of us with both of our salaries!"

"Chris, I'm having such a hard time being away from Colton. He's all I can think about, I worry about him so much, I just can't help it."

"I think about him too Camryn."

"It's different Chris! I'm his mother, I carried him for nine months. I'm going to get fired soon anyway because I can't focus on my job. Just until he's a year old, then I'll try again. We can have my grandparents or parents help us with money."

"I guess I could ask for a raise and take on some extra shifts, if this is really what you want."

"It's what I need Chris. This isn't good for my mental health, having to leave Colton when I'm obviously not ready."

"Okay, I'll talk to my boss about it, but dont quit until we get a plan in place, deal?"

"Deal." I smiled, kissing his lips. "I love you."

"I love you too." He said.
