Dean was just getting to know you better when he was violently torn away. Not because of death, it was Sam. His little brother was in trouble and you knew how much he cared for his little brother. Just like you cared about your cousin. You smiled politely, joining Dean for the ride. Sam had been attacked by a shifter when he went out to question someone.

You nudged Dean's shoulder, "You think he'll be okay?" You asked, Dean gazed over at you with his green eyes.

"Won't know 'till we get there," He answered, leaning back, using only one hand to steer.

"It was only a shifter, Dean. He can't be harmed that bad." You shifted in your seat, staring out the window at passing trees.

"Sprained wrist, split his elbow open and sprained ankle." Dean sighed, clicking the radio on. You made an 'ohhhh'ing noise; rubbing your wrist.

"I take that back...." You shivered, turning your attention back to the window. The drive continued on to Thunderstruck by AC/DC.
