How could we reach Paramatma with this perishable body?

In Vishnu sahastranam it is said as:

PAVITRANAM PAVITRAM GHA MANGALANANAM CHA MANGALAM I
DEVATAM DEVATANAM CHABHUTANAMAVYAYAM PITA: II

God is the holiest among all auspicious and the greatest God among all the devatas and souls .God is the great grand father of all the livings in the universe. Whoever gets knowledge and knows the real substance, he could experience the existence of God by self-realization. His body and senses, mind and intellect are the instruments that could help him little but the experience of existence of Paramatma would be done by self-realization automatically. Our mind and intellect are non-living. When we do listening to Vedas and Purans or do meditation and Yoga, all these instruments may not help us in the achievement of goal i.e. Paramatma because they are unsteady and they create obstacles. How can we know ever existed omnipresent Paramatma with perishable and constantly changing instruments? Really speaking we can know Paramatma when we remain detached from all these perishable things just as we can see through eyes but we cannot see our eyes in the same way Paramatma knows everything and we could know everything only by knowing him as it is said in Brahadaranyak

VIGNATARAMARE KEN VIJANIYAT I (2/4/14)

Paramatma is who by knowing him we know everything.

Shri Raman Maharshi says ,'When we think about Paramatna our mind and desires are destroyed as desires live in our minds. Hence to destroy our minds is to destroy desires.Aadi Shankaracharyaji says in his Vivek Chudamani as :

ANATMAVASANA JALAIDTIROBHUTATMAVASANA I
NITYATMANISHTHAYA TESHAM NATRE BHATI EVAYAM STUTA II (276)

When we are attached to non living perishable things and desire to get them to entertain our body and senses, our desires remain hidden about to know the real substance. But if we desire and ponder all the time for the real substance our desires to get perishable things would decline automatically and desires to know the real Param substance would emerge. It is said in UPADESHSARAM as

AEK CHINTANANNASHMETYAD (14)

Just as we try to throw out our desires , our minds get emptied from those desires and when there would be vacancy in our mind ,the hidden desires to know the ever lasting Paramatma would emerge. If we think that we can achieve Paramatma with all the dirt of mind then it is a wrong notion. All the dirt of the mind existed in our thoughts. The more we think about perishable things, the more we get involve in Sansar but as and when our thoughts subsides, the mind would feel coolness. There would be a vacuum in our mind.this vacuum is considered as a holy bath of the soul and whoever can wash out his mind, emptied his mind , he could know Brahma. A Sadhak when feels openness and break downs the walls of thoughts of mind, he could be free from the prison. His consciousness is like an open sky and he becomes eligible to get knowledge.Desires are the base of human life and they can exist in our mind. Its roots are spread far and wide Hence our Rishimunis had developed two types of Kala ; knowledge of TANTRA and knowledge of Yoga. The knowledge of tantra can use poison as nectar and try to make medicines out of it to make a person healthy again even if he is full of VIKAR and full of diseases. Tantra tries to utilize desires in a way that can go beyond worldly affairs and matters to reach Paramatma. While the second kala , the knowledge of Yoga sees desires as the witness and tries to see every kriya of living as witness hence his relations with desires are destroyed. In this way, two different path leads to one God and there is no conflict in science of Yoga and Tantra.

Lord Shri Krishna says to Arjun that the knowledge that you can get by all the instruments as SHRAVAN , MANAN , NIDIDHYASAN and yoga meditations could be acquired only by doing your karma selflessly for the welfare of others, abandoning pride of karta and ego of karma but if you go to Guru to get knowledge, he may not be able to show you the right path as how could you know him as a Scholar and secondly if you have no faith in him, you could not believe him. On the way to get knowledge, a Sadhak sees all the livings in his soul in the initial stage and learned to see every living in God i.e. the real substance, Hence there is a chance of delaying the process and it may happen that you would not see Paramatma in one single birth. There is a chance of doubt too. When you have any doubts about Guru or the path that is shown to you , you could not achieve your goal. But through karma Yoga you could know Paramatma and experience his existence immediately. All the dirt comes from the relation to Sansar. When a person acquires knowledge, he becomes detached to Sansar When all the dirt would be demolished and the knowledge makes him pious , he could be free from all the VIKAR.Then who could be able to get knowledge of real substance?

The questions is; who affects the other one? Mind is affected by thoughts and desires of perishable things of Sansar and Sansar is affected or guided by the everlasting desires. Our mind is the king and our intellect is the queen.If we think that our thoughts are dirty and impious and hence our mind and intellect are getting infected, it is wrong.All the Saints and Philosophers, Sadhaks , Ridhimunis too live in the same Sansar but they live like a lotus that lives in water but does not get wet. VEDVYASJI says;

KALO NA KARANAM RAGNA: RAJA KALKARANAM I
ETI TE SAMSHAYO MA BHUTA RAJA KALSYAKARANAM II

Don't think that this sansar is full of vices.Your mind and intellect( as king and queen) get polluted in Sansar because your mind is polluted and you are involved in sansar. If you can purify your mind and intellect, abandon desires and create a vacuum inside, the knowledge of existence of Param Tatva would enter automatically in your mind and intellect as it already existed within you but because we are involved in Sansar, we can not see it. Lord Shri Krishna here advises Arjun to prepare himself for karma yagna .When you become a karma yogi, you would be able to find Paramatma automatically.

Then What is essential to have the real peace of mind?

Let'a understand from our great God and Guru Lord Shri Krishna...
