(63) What would happen if we do not do ‘PANCHYAGNA’ regularly?

YAGNASHISTASHINAH SANTO MUCHYANTE SARVAKILBISHAIH
BHUJYATE TE TVADHAM PAPA YE PACHANTYATMA KARANAT
According to Hindu rituals and culture the above verse is spoken before taking a meal every time to remind us the value of sharing food with everyone. It means that if a person does all the five ‘Yagnas’ described above, he would be free from all the bondage of sin but if a person cooks only for his own stomach and do all the activities and karma to satisfy his own hunger and thirst, lust and passion, wishes and desires, he accumulates only sin in his life time.

When a Sadhak utilize all the given resources for the welfare of others and use them for himself just to survive, he would be free from all the guilt and sin of his sanchit(based on past deeds), prarabdha(Luck or fate) and kriyaman(Based on kriya) karma. And when he becomes free from all his karma he would be eligible for the achievement of eternal Brahma. When all the resources are given to human beings for the service of mankind and all the livings and they are used by a karma yogi selflessly and without expecting any reward or fruits abandoning his pride and ego as ‘ karta’ ,it becomes ‘karma yoga’. This achievement of karma yoga gives him liberation and salvation from all the bondage of good and bad karma.

What is the reason of bondage? When we expect fruits of our karma and desire to have them as a reward of our karma we are attached to our karma. We thinks that karma should give us good result and hence we try to do good karma and avoid bad karma. This attachment is related to scarcity or non availabilities of those things. The notion of scarcity or non –availability is related to physical and perishable body and not with the inner self-soul. Our body is perishable and worldly things are perishable but soul is a part of complete and eternal universe.

OM PURNAMAD PRNAMIDAM PURNAT PURNAMUDACHATE
        PURNASYA PURNAMADAY PURNAMEVAVSHISHYATE

Almighty is omnipresent and omniscient, omnifarious and omniferous, omniparous and omni potent ,omnirange and wonderful miraculous hence nothing is decreases in HIM  even though everything is made from HIM.GOD remains ever complete. There is no idea of scarcity of anything. Even when everything is used for all the livings from this PURNA BRAHMA complete universe it automatically filled by the lawful cycle of nature. It gets never emptied. Hence nothing to worry about shortage of anything if we consume everything for the welfare of others ,we can have it from God as we have showers of rain ,his blessings all over the earth and it fills water in every pond and pit ,every lake and well, every river and all seas. Nothing is going to be emptied in the universe but we are worrying about our self because our good deeds are also done with the expectation of fulfillment of our never completing desires and greed. All the worldly livings that have birth would surely die and all the worldly things which have beginning must have to face end one day. Then how could we fulfill our desires completely with perishable things?

Really speaking attachment is related with perishable body and senses, perishable luxurious things which are untruths. Even if we can get all these things to fulfill our desires, our desires and wishes could not be satisfied completely forever because all the things are bound to decay. When we could not fulfill our desire completely forever why should we expect that they would fulfill our desire? Hence one should utilize all the resources in the service of others and when we utilize all our resources  power and strengths, knowledge and skills, capabilities and potentialities  with all our karmendriyas and gyanendriyas with all the physical luxuries as land and property ,wealth and money his attachment and his relation with them would automatically cut off. When a Sadhak does not want anything for himself ,his wishes and desires, self interest and attachments, his pride of being known as ‘ a good and pious gentle person’ in the society would also be abolished, but when he becomes selfish and greedy and utilize everything for his own selfish needs and completion of greed, in accommodating land ,power, position, wealth and respect ,he accumulates SINS only.

A selfish person cooks for himself in the name of others while a Sadhak cooks or does karma for others and automatically his own welfare would be granted. If a person thinks the smallest particle of the nature as ‘mine’ ,he would be full of sin. Without thinking about ‘shares’ of everybody and everything a Sadhak could not live happily on this earth. When a person thinks about everybody and wants to do good to others , his karma would not allow him to be lazy and involved in perishable luxuries even for a moment. He could not enjoy worldly entertainment for himself. His body and senses, his mind and intellect would remain busy 24*7*366 days in the services of ‘others’.

Jivo jivasya bhojanam is a law of nature and hence all the animals and creatures ,all the birds and all the livings are bound to fight for their existence on this earth. But a human life is the only life on this planet in which a person can do karma to be free from all the bondage of birth and relations. And if a person does bad deeds and sow seeds of bad sin ,he would have to move among all the eighty four kinds of birth on this earth and even these births cannot make him free or provide liberation or salvation except human birth.

We have received everything from God and others and we have to use it for others when nothing is our own creation and if we could utilize for others than it would be like

TWADIYAM VASTU GOVINDAM TUBHYAMEV SAMARPAYET

All is yours O God! And I am giving all to the needy .Hence I am not a KARTA and I am not doing any karma for my selfish interest and hence I work for the welfare of others . how could my karma becomes a ‘Bondage’ for me? My body and senses are to serve others and if I use them for me ,I would be considered as devil.

APNE LIYE JIYE TO KYA JIYE ? What is the meaning of human life if we live only for the fulfillment of our selfish purposes?

Now, how does this cycle of nature work?

Let’s understand from Lord Krishna..
