(67) What would be the consequences, when a Sadhak cut off his relation with Sansar?

Lord Krishna says that both the things related with sansar as rituals of sansar and forbidden things according to shastras for Sansari ,do and don'ts are not advised for a karmyogi because nothing would remain permanent by doing any' karma' on this world. Everything is going to decay with a passage of time. Not a single king or Samrat, not the golden Lanka of Rawan or any great monuments last forever. When a person does his karma and created home, buildings and accumulated wealth by his karma ,he thinks that he had created security for the next generation and it would never perish, but during his own life he has to see ups and downs in business, relations with beloveds and loss of things. If everything is going to destroy one day why should a person try to accumulate those perishable things.

If a person does not do anything even then life would go on and on. He would grow in size and weight and height, from childhood to the old age .No process would be going to stop by a person's doing or not doing any karma. If he does not do anything, nature would do her work. Hence it is explained by Lord Krishna that for a karma yogi ,nothing is forced to do or not to do anything. Because a KARMAYOGI DOES NOT HAVE BURDEN OF 'KARTA-DOER' IN HIS MIND. He has cut off his relations with his body and senses , He has cut off his relations with wishes and desires. He has no relation with anybody in the family, neighbors or friends. He just goes performing his role and becomes witness of all the events going on in his life.

In Astavkra Gita ,king Janak was given knowledge about how to be free from the fake worldly relations? What is the ultimate goal of a human life? What is the truth? What should be done to get Salvation ? by rishi Astavkra .At that time there was a fire in the palace of king Janak and the servant came running to him to inform that his Mithila Nagri ,the state of Mithila is on fire. But king Janak did not move a little. When he was asked by his Guru Astavakra why didn't he move an inch/ King Janak gave the classical answer "Mithila is on fire, I'm not." It means that when Mithila is going to be destroyed by fire, I would not go to lose anything. I am the part of eternal Almighty and everything that I consider as mine is perishable. all the relations and all the physical materialist possessions. But this gain or loss cannot affect my eternal soul. I am not body or mind; I am not senses or intellect. I am not karmendriya or Gyanendriya.I am a part of eternal Brahma. AHAM BRAHMASMI and nothing could alter my position in this universe. Everything created by the five elements is going to be vanished one day outside the body and inside the body but I am only a witness of this entire event just as Sun and moon, stars and sky witness everything. A judge in the court does not feel success or failure when either party wins or suffers loss. The Advocates who argues for the defense of his clients also does not feel anything about the winning or defeating in the arguments. Because they are not the players' .They are only witnesses. In the same way our soul and our senses with the body made out of five elements are different and when nothing is done by me, why should I have to feel anything about the events passing by. When we read news papers and sad news about death of people or about natural calamities or manmade calamities in any part of the world .We are not getting upset because we are just witness of those events and not the sufferers or affected people in those events. Hence Lord Krishna says that a karmyogi is not supposed to do on not to do any karma

TASYA KARYA NA VIDHYATE

Every human being is going to do some karma and activities .When a person does any kriya karma or activities to fulfill his worldly desires, he 'has to do' his karma. The desire of getting reward or fruits of these kriya karma and activities create bondage for the person. All persons try to fulfill desires and to complete those tasks they have to do karma.

Karma is of two kinds. We do our karma either to satisfy our desire or to abandon our desires. When a common man does his karma to satisfy or fulfill his desires a karmayogi does his karma to abandon his desires of doing anything as 'karta'. When a karmayogi does his karma without expecting anything in return, he has no attachment with the consequences of that karma. He would have no relation with the loss or gain ,success or failures of those karma. A karmayogi would going to do his karma selflessly only for the welfare of the whole universe.

When a karma yogi does karma for the welfare of the world, he forgets about his own happiness and entertainment. He would have no relation with any substance or materialist things. He would not think about the rest of the body and senses .He would not think about utilizing all the resources under his possession for the welfare of the others. He lives for the world and never thinks about his self interest .He thought that whatever he has his skills and resources are given to him for the welfare of others and not for his own desires' accomplishments.
