(Ok so you are Asgardian and so are your mom and dad. You grew up around the royal family)
"Mother! Father! Help, I'm scared." You shouted as loud bangs and screams could be heard all around you. You were terrified and only a child of five years old. The castle you had grown so fondly of was crumbling down around you. You stood up off the floor and ran down the halls of the crumbling castle. You screamed as a block of marble fell onto your leg. You screamed as tears ran down your small face. The pain was unbearable.
"Y/N!" You heard someone shout at you. You looked up and saw Loki with scratches and bruises running towards you.
"Loki! Help!" You cried as he ran closer to you.
He ran up to you and tried to move the rock off you.
"It won't budge." Loki said as he tried to move it.
"Loki, just go." You said to him, knowing the Prince of Asgard needed to survive more than you.
"Y/N. I will never leave you." And with that, his hand glowed green and the rock was shoved off you. You both looked surprised before he helped you up quickly.
"Ouch. Loki it hurts too much." You said as you tried to walk. He quickly scooped you up and began running through the damaged halls.
"I'll never leave you, Y/N. I promise."

/16 years later/
You woke up sweating and gasping for air.
"Y/N! It's just a nightmare. You're ok." You heard a voice say. You kept breathing heavily trying to catch your breath. You felt a hand underneath your chin as he lifted your face to meet his beautiful green eyes.
"My love, look at me. It's ok darling. I'm here." He reassured you as he gently kissed your lips.
"I love you y/n." Loki said as he laid down next to you and brought you close to his chest.
"I love you so much Loki." You said tucking your head underneath his chin.
"I promise to always stay by your side, my love." You said before you fell asleep.
You woke up to the sun shining through the window, you looked to your side to see an empty bed.
"Just a dream." You whispered as you woke up in your small bland New York apartment.
These dreams never stopped. They started when Loki was punished and you were forced to Midgard. You missed him so much. You rose and sat on the edge of your small bed as you let a small tear escape your right eye. You let your mind wander as you thought of Loki.
"My love. Why are you crying?" Loki's smooth voice reached your ears.
"I need you." You whispered as you wrapped your arms around yourself.
"I'm here. I promised I'd never leave you." He spoke as he knelt and looked up at your sad face.
"I know you would never leave me. But I can't get back to you. I need you back, Loki." You said as you let more tears escape your e/c eyes.
"I'm here." You heard his voice again.
"No, you're just in my mind." You said hugging yourself more.
"No, I'm not." He said as you felt a hand on your cheek. You looked up in surprise to see it was Loki.
"Loki!" You screamed as you leapt into his arm. He held you tightly as you cried.
"Y/N, I love you so much. I couldn't bare to be without you." He said beginning to kiss your neck.
"I missed you. Your voice, your eyes, your body." He said as you fell back into your bed.
You hadn't seen each other for almost a year now. So you could imagine what happened in that bed.

Loki kissed your head as you both caught your breath from the um "kissing" you had just done. Yeah, let's go with that.
"How are you back here?" You whispered as you held tightly onto him.
"I had to go through a lot to get here. But, all I care about is being with you and ruling this pathetic city. All of these pathetic mortals will bow to us." He said wickedly as you looked at him in shock.
"Y-You want to take over the city?" You asked in surprise.
"Will you help me?" He said smiling wickedly at you. You weren't one for violence or conquering... But, just looking into Loki's eyes you didn't care about anything but him.
"I will always be by your side, my love." You said smiling back at him.

The next couple of weeks you both became feared by everyone in New York. Your plan had worked, until the fucking avengers finally began to ruin everything. If you were honest you didn't want any of this... But, it made Loki happy.

You were making your way to Loki when you were hit with a large blast. You looked up from your spot on the floor to see Iron man and the other Avengers circled you. You saw Thor walk up to you first.
"Y/N, this isn't you!" He shouted as you leapt towards him. He quickly dodged you as the rest of the Avengers closed in.
"Stand down!" Captain America yelled.
"Touch Y/N and you'll die." You heard Loki's wicked voice behind you. You smiled as you turned around and ran towards him. He hugged you tightly as you both laughed.
"Brother, Y/N stand down. We do not want to hurt you." Thor shouted to you.
"Brother? I am not your brother, Thor." Loki spat with such venom in his words.
You both leapt at the Avengers dodging, fighting and protecting each other. Blast, gunshots, shields and arrows flying around.
"Y/N, behind you." Loki shouted as you quickly turned around and threw Captain America off the ground. He fell to the ground with a loud thud completely knocked out.
"That's what you get you never -"
You were cut off by a sharp pain in your body you looked down to see an arrow straight through your ribs. Your eyes widened as tears escaped your eyes. You fell to the ground clutching where the arrow had entered.
"Loki." You gasped out as you tried to keep breathing.
"Y/N! NO!" You heard Loki scream as he ran towards you.
He held you tightly in his arms as he sobbed looking down at your pained face.
"L-Loki. I l-love you." You said smiling as you breathed your last breath.
"YOU PATHETIC MORTALS! YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO MY LOVE!" Loki screamed as loud as he could. He stood as green light began encircling him. His eyes glowed green as the sky became a dark green colour.
"You will all burn for this!" Loki shouted. He was about to launch a full-blown attack on everyone when Thor came up behind him and ran a sword right through his so-called brother. Loki stopped and looked down at his chest. He fell to the ground next to your lifeless body. Thor was sobbing loudly as he fell to the floor. He held Loki in his arms.
"Brother, I'm sorry. It was the only w-way." He sobbed out.
"N-No, don't apologise. I want nothing more than to be with Y/N. Thor, brother, I am truly sorry for what I have done." Loki said letting a few tears escape his eyes. This wasn't how Loki had expected his last few moments to be.
"I love you, brother." Thor said still crying.
"I love you too brother." Loki said. Thor carefully rested Loki on the ground. He looked over to your souless body and slowly took your cold hand in his, praying he would go to Valhalla with you.
"I promise I'll never leave you again." That was the last thing Loki spoke before he breathed his last breath, your face being the last thing he saw.

You opened your eyes to see soft white light surrounding you. You didn't know where you were but you felt safe.
"My love." You heard Loki's voice behind you. You turned around and embraced your lover.
"You always promised. I never doubted you, my love." You said softly as he kissed your head.
"Now that we are finally alone." Loki said as he smirked at you. His hand travelled up your loose shirt as his beautifully gentle fingers glided up your back. He began kissing your neck as you both became lost in each other. Every touch from him made you shiver with delight.
"I love you so much Loki." You said as you began to carefully take off his shirt. You walked over to the large comfortable bed and fell into bliss. Gentle but possessive, rough but kind, loving and satisfying.
"Forever mine."
