48-hours passed by .
Khanna and Mehta mansion as lost their sweetness after the tragic incident took place .
Khanna's are good compared to Mehta's but still no one is happy .
All are trying to bring back their old chirpy Avni back .
Who had not smiled or eaten anything properly from past two days .
She had become a silent soul , where no one are able to see her like that .
Neil is trying alot to take care of Avni , to make her eat , smile atleast talk but she is not ready to talk with them .
Alekya and Parth are looking after business as Avni nor Neil are coming to office .
For Avni happiness ,
Parth had left his Dodo with Avni , to make her normal again .
Understanding whole situation though Dodo is missing Jerry alot , he is trying to convert Avni sad smile seeing him into happy smile .
Neil and Alekya in evenings started to play with Dodo infront of Avni trying to make her smile ,
but she didn't react .
Seeing Avni , guilt is killing Neil as he is thinking Jerry is not there infront of them today because of his carelessness .

Avni is sitting on bed with Dodo in arms ,..

Neil is standing near door , he is unable to do anything to bring back old Avni though he is trying alot .

Parth and Neil shouted on top of their lungs .
But for the first time Avni didn't bulge or get scared of their loud voice .
She is looking at both of them emotionally standing in middle of both the boys ,
crying she fell on the ground , seeing her Neil sat on his knees taken her in his arms hugging tightly ,
Parth hugged them from behind where seeing three of them not able to control her cries Alekya too joined them .
Being like that for quite a time
Parth , Alekya and Neil came out of hug releasing Avni from thier tight hug ,
Seeing them Dodo jumped in Avni's lap started to lick her whole face making her giggle after two days .
Avni :- Dodo...aap tho mujhe chodke nehi jaogi na .
Like understanding Avni words Dodo started to bark cutely while licking her face .
Taking Dodo in arms Avni went to porch leaving three of them .
Alekya :- I hope we will cross this phase as well . Didn't for once expected that Psycho will get down to this extent .
Neil :- I will not leave that person Alekyaa... since marriage till date I tried every way to make Avii happy . And this person came snaching that happiness from my Jaan . I will not leave him .
Parth :- Neil , I think so it will be better Avuu to know the truth . We are there to protect her , but for how long you will hide the person from her !. If you say who did this then...may be Avuu will try to be more carefull .

It's been two days Parth , Avii ate something or drink properly . Never I had seen her crying this badly , Pata hai ...she is crying even in sleep .

Parth :- She needs time Neil . It's only been two days . Give her some time . She needs it very badly .
Alekya :- Neil...why don't you two go out . Avu love beach na ..take her out . She will feel relaxed .
Neil :- I already ask her out Alkaa...but she is not ready to come out . I asked lets go for beach...listening me she said...they are alot of memories of mine and Jerry there ...how can I go there without jerry .
In free time , it was our habit to go out taking Jerry to every place ....I am unable to go to work then how can Avii go .
Parth :- We can't stop thinking all these Neil . Time doesn't stop for anyone . We need to travel with it .
Alekya :- Guys...see Avu..what she is doing .
Listening Alekya Neil and Parth snapped their head towards Avni direction who is painting with Dodo holding a paint brush .
Smiling seeing them Neil , Parth and Alekya stand near Avni ,

But Parth is smiling slithly seeing Avni where Alekya stood with no expression .
Neil :- Aviiii...ye...Jaan please don't make things difficult .

As both Parth and Alekya went down with Dodo .
Neil took Avni to washroom .
Firstly he washed her face , which is covered with paint and tears .

Making her sit on stool , he started to dry her face with towel .
Once he done with it , combing her hair setting everything properly kissing her forehead ,..he went inside the washroom to get fresh up .
Coming out being fresh he looked at Avni who is looking at him with gilsten eyes .

Neil :- Jaan , you can hide your inner-turmol with anyone but not with me . I know you miss Jerry , I do too...but life doesn't stop here right ! Atleast for family sake we need to be happy .
I had already broked my one promise Avii , but this time I promise I will not let anyone harm our family not leave that bastard alive .

In hospital all four members are waiting for Doctor Tilak in his room .

Dr.Tilak is checking the new borns once again before confirming anything .
After checkup , he came into the room to see four members .
Neil :- Dr.Tilak . Can we see our pups now ! Are their doing fine ?
Avni :- Doctor there is no worry hereafter na , Jerry babies are alright na !
Tilak :- Mr and Mrs Khanna . I am sorry for making you people wait . Secondly I have a good news and a bad news for you . What you want to share first !

Parth :- Say us both at a time Doctor . We are ready to hear . But first start with bad news .

Tilak :- Ok , so bad news is....am so...sorry . I am unable to save one pup . Her lungs got effected and couldn't survive .
While the good news is the other male pup is absolutly fine .
I have checked him throughoutly ...he is fine , organs are fully deveopled too .
As this is the last pup , by God's grace he didn't get infected by poison .
The much he got infected we had removed it completely from his body .
You can take him with you guys now .
The only thing you need to look after his diet for certain days .
Avni :- Doctor you sure ...he is completely fine and as no infections !
Tilak :- Yes Mrs.Khanna . He is absolutly perfect .
Avni :- Can we see him and other one as well .
Tilak :- Our nurse is bringing the pup . And the other one you can see her while going back .

In next minute ,
nurse brought the new born pup of Jerry wrapped in a towel as it has bath just now .
Seeing him Avni eyes turned teary , with utmost concern she took Jerry baby in her hand for the first time .
He is so small and looking so cute .

Avni :- Awww aap kitni si choti si ho ....aap tho bahut hi cute ho bilkul aapki Mamma jaise . Neil dekho na ye kitna cute sa chotu sa hai .

Parth :- Doctor other then his diet , what do we need to take care of .
Tilak :- For now bring him to checkup weekly for two months . Except diet chart nothing is much to follow .

Mehta's are present as well .
Everyone are sitting in hall except Avni who is busy in sleeping with

She is having a stomach-ache
for which she stopped eating thinking it as normal pain .

Dodo and Hazel are playing laying on bed beside Avni .
Neil came to see what their are doing but seeing Avni is still sleeping ,
he went from their leaving her as after many days she is sleeping without crying .

Neil :- She is sleeping Maa . I didn't wake her up as after three days she is sleeping with Hazel and Dodo .

Bebe :- Tillu , why don't you take Avu out . She will feel relaxed .
Neil :- Present I can't take Avii anywhere Bebe . Karam is waiting for the right chance , if we go out now then...I can surely say we can't protect Avii .
Parth :- Neil...how can you say that . We all are there to protect Avuu .
Neil :- We all are here when Jerry was kidnapped Parth . Have we done anything for her safety !

Neil :- She is sleeping after many days Parth , if I go now , there are chances she will wakeup and doesn't sleep and cry .
Parth :- It's ok Not now but atleast after an hour she need to wakeup for dinner right ! Why don't you wake her up now . Since morning she didn't ate anything Neil .
Since three days , she is skipping meals..if this continuous , she needs drip .
Neil :- How much I say ..Avii to eat but alas no she is not ready to eat Parth . She is trying to be normal , but is failing miserably .
When both Neil and Parth are in deep conversation ,
and others in talks all of them at a time listened to a vociferous , overloud sound coming from Neil's room .
Sensing it is Avni voice , who is shouting loudly in pain crying ,

Hazel and Dodo also started to bark .

Picking Avni in arms Neil runned down through stairs .
Avni is crying strenuously cluching to Neil's abdomen ,
her whole face is covered with tears and as become pink in colour .
Reaching car setteling in car Avni in totally Neil's lap ,.

Family are following them from behind .

Neil :- 5-mins Jaana we will reach hospital . Bas 5-mins . Parth drive the car fast .

As Parth said within 2-mins all four of them reached Oxygen hospital where Kushi is taking treatment .

Taking Avni in arms , Neil runned inside the hosital .
Raman had already talked with doctors in hospital who are waiting for Avni outside .
Seeing Avni in Neil's arms , doctors who are waiting for her bringing the strecher doctor asked Neil to place Avni on strecher .
Doing as Doctor said placing Avni on strecher ,
doctors started to take Avni inside the Operation room .
While moving crying Avni hold Neil's hand tightly not leaving his hand crying in pain .
Neil :- Jaana I am here only Baby .

Doctor :- Mr.Khanna we need to operate her now .
Saying without giving Neil time to react Doctors started to take Avni to operation theater .
With a hard heart , Neil loose his grip on Avni hand making Avni to take to operation theater .
Neil is standing outside of operation theater looking at red blub on wall , waiting for doctors to come out and say what is wrong with Avni .
She is alright or not .
His eyes are teary , waiting impatient for Doctors to come out , red light to turn green .
Parth standing beside Neil kept his hand on his shoulder making Neil to snap his head towards him .
Shaking his head Parth said to be strong where Neil hugged him tightly and started to weep .

Another 30-mins passed by making everyone anxious ...
Ishitha is crying seeing nurses running in and out of the OT room .
Raman heart is sanking seeing Ishitha and Avni in such a situation .
After Avni birth not for once she was in hospital for anything ..she is really a very healthy person but what happened suddenly to her .
After an hour , a female senior Doctor came out of the room ,
Neil immediatly went to her and started to question her without gap .
Neil :- Doctor how is my Avii ? She is fine na ? Nothing as happened to her na ? Can I see my Jaan ?

Parth :- Doctor Avuu is fine na !
Raman :- Doctor my Princess ...she is fine na . Can we see her ?
Doctor :- First Relax everyone . Present Avni is in sedatives . Till tomorrow morning she will gain consciousness . She is fine now .
