The news spread pretty quickly around Crystal Rose that they would all be soon going to war. It was not really a shock to them given that they were all very aware of how magical Britain was. They were the ones that all other magical communities dreaded being compared to when it came to how they appeared to be as a whole. Britain was so far behind all other magical communities that it was laughable at best that they were ever even still considered anything other than the joke that they are.

Every single one of the students also knew about the circumstances which caused the group that had been sent for the Triwizard Tournament to come back earlier than expected. It shocked none of them that a ministry as corrupt as the British one would attack children just because they were not getting what they wanted.

And the fact that Harry, their so-called savior, revealed himself as a mystic soul was a giant slap to their faces. They worshiped the Boy-Who-Lived and yet treated mystic souls as if they were the real demons of the world. So, the fact that Harry was one of them was probably one of the biggest slaps that they have ever felt. Which said something considering how many slaps they have gotten since the Gardna trio started attending Hogwarts.

All of Crystal Rose was one big battle montage of them getting ready to fight. They knew that they would win, but they wanted to win with as few people hurt as possible. Not that they cared about the wand-users, but they were going to protect each other. While most spells from wands would not affect them, it was the Unforgiveable Curses that they worried about.

It was obvious that those three spells were different even for mystic souls. They were well aware of what each of them did and how dangerous they were.

The Imperious curse was definitely a spell that could cause problems. It was a mind-control spell that would really turn the tide of the fight since mystic souls being forced to fight each other would make the battle a lot worse than it already would be. The Cruciatus curse was a torture curse that would be worse than anything else in the world. If a mystic soul was hit by that spell, their powers could go out of control from the pain they would be in and cause untold damage. The Killing curse was obviously what they worried most about since instant death was definitely not something that they wanted anyone to go through. They needed to learn if any of their powers would be able to block the spell in order to save lives.

The Gardna trio was definitely one of those that were doing everything that they could to prepare for this war. They all knew that out of everyone at Crystal Rose, they would be the ones that would be most targeted. They were the ones that tricked all of magical Britain into believing that they were wand-users for years. Even with the other British citizens that left, it would be the trio that is targeted since they embarrassed the ministry multiple times before they were even revealed as mystic souls.

Everyone was doing research on defensive spells while others were training with their powers. The smarter students in the school were the ones that were researching the unforgivable curses. Students such as their friends Megi, the telepath; Finn, the boy that could absorb knowledge from anything; Abby, their history-loving ice mage; as well as Atem, who was one of the best students in the school as well as a duelist mage.

The teachers were also doing their best to help protect the students. Something that was a great surprise to the Hogwarts students since they were so used to having to fend for themselves given that the teachers there hardly ever did anything that was not teaching. Flitwick and Sprout were the only teachers that ever did anything about anyone. Such as when they took the lead going after Ron and Hermione when they tried to go after Quirrell when he tried to steal the sorcerer's stone.

The teachers were the ones that took care of the school wards. Crystal Rose had some of the best wards, but they knew that they were not perfect. The fact that demons would find their way through the wards sometimes was enough proof of that. What really worried the teachers was that they were well aware that magical Britain had both the Department of Mysteries and teams of Curse-Breakers as well. Even if Gringotts would never give them their teams, the ministry probably had their own since they would never actually ask the goblins for anything that did not involve money, which was what they all believed was the only thing that they believed that goblins were good for.

But, between those two groups, that would make a lot of wizards trying to take down their wards at the same time. And no matter how ancient or powerful the wards would be, that did not mean that they would be able to handle so many magic-users attacking them at the same time.

As for the students that were working hard inside of the school, they were definitely not going to hold back. This was not just a war, this was them sending a message to that corrupt magical country. If you mess with one of them, you mess with all of them. They were going to make the message clear how they did not care who they were but the moment that they targeted their home and friends was the moment that they messed with the wrong people.

Wyatt was in the potion's lab every single day along with the other potion expert students, Charlotte Mills and Celest Aurora. All three of them would not only be working on potions, but Wyatt would also be using some of his most destructive and powerful magical recipes. Specifically, he made large batches of his Lay Waste Lunar Lollypops, Firebreath Flaming Hot Chilli, Big Mussels And Spinach, Time Stop Lollypops, Fire-Inside Fudge, Winter White Chocolate Fudge, Frostbite Florida Cherry Ice Cream, Freezer Touch Frozen Yogurt, and any other recipe that could either cause a lot of damage or give their allies a boost in power.

Wyatt had never been one to be serious. He liked to experiment and he was the butt of a lot of jokes about how often he blew up the potions lab. Nobody at Crystal Rose had ever seen him as serious or focused as he was when he knew that his school and his friends were in danger. If they were honest with themselves, they really did prefer their carefree and energetic friend.

It made them all know that they really did hate that they were going to war. They did not even want to, but magical Britain was forcing them to. Between Voldemort and the ministry, they were only acting in self-defense. So, it was not their fault if those pathetic wand-users got hurt. The only fault would be in the ones that attacked them first. They were the ones that were dumb enough to go after mystic souls when they were aware of how powerful they were in the first place.

The main group of students that were gonna fight was in the library. It had become somewhat of a war room for the students to meet, do research, and discuss battle strategy. The main group was, of course, the Gardna trio and former Hogwarts group along with their friends Hestia, Sofia, Abby, Mason, T'challa, Viktor, Hawk, Lily, Vallia, Buzz, Atem, Atem's boyfriend Joey, and Abby's older brother Kryo. All of them were the strongest and best students in the school.  And since a majority of them also had experience with magical Britain, they knew the best tactics to use.

"Which do you think would be the more dangerous group," Hestia asked the room.

"The death eaters certainly had no issue using spells like the killing curse and bone-crushing curses as well," Atem pointed out.

"But the ministry is known to get very crazy when they have been humiliated," Abby added. "Not to mention when they also want to get something. And what they want now is revenge."

"But the ministry is also full of the most idiotic people on the planet," Daphne said. "The only actual good ones at the ministry all left when we all came to Greece when we did."

"My mother, Daphne's parents, Cedric's parents, even Luna's father was more powerful than most think because he owned the only non-ministry-owned published paper," Blaise says. "I also heard from those like Adrian Pucey, Susan Bones, Terrence Higgs, the Patil twins, and others as well. All of them have left the country. None of them or their families agreed with what the ministry did at the end of the tournament."

"So, there were many other good people that left and not just our group," Neville said.

"With all of this information, the death eaters definitely seem like the more dangerous group," Viktor says. "Especially since they have a bigger reach than the ministry. My own former headmaster used to be a death eater."

"So, the death eaters have more of a reach to other countries than the ministry does," Harry put his hand on his chin as he was thinking. "We know that the Greek government has no corruption, but there are many other places that could."

"Well, the Malfoy family was originally from France," Melody said. "And it is known that the war with Grindelwald had reached both the states and France."

"But neither of those places are even close to Greece," Cedric was confused.

"The reason why it would affect us would be that if there are death eaters in those countries and Voldemort calls them, we could be dealing with wand-user magic from two very different counties," Krinos stated.

"That would lead to trouble," T'challa agreed with Krinos. "I am just glad that psycho never was able to reach Africa."

"I feel the same way, only about Italy," Sofia added.

"The teachers have been working on the wards for days," Blaise said. "Would it really be possible for anyone to get through?"

"We know that demons can sometimes, but they would be a lot more powerful than those with wands," Cedric stated.

"Even mystic soul wards would not be able to handle so many wizards attacking them at the same time," Harry tells them. "We may be powerful, but we are not gods. We all have limits to our magic."

"It is one of the most basic laws of magic," Mason explained to the ones not raised the way that they were. "Since magic was given by the gods and goddesses of magic, it is magically impossible for anyone to become god-like with their powers no matter how hard that they work to become stronger."

"It would be a crime against the beings that gave us our gifts to try and be as powerful or more powerful than them," Abby says.

The Hogwarts group definitely never thought of magical growth like that. Those like Neville, Daphne, and Blaise all came from pureblood families that took part in the old ways. And yet none of them were aware of that magical law about no magical being having a power level that was close to an actual god's.

But, it did also make sense why those of Crystal Rose would know. Greece had one of the oldest panthea of gods in the world along with China and Egypt. So, it was only natural that those that learned in a school in that country would be aware of magical laws like that. Harry, Krinos, and Melody had all previously shown to still be very traditional in how they still worshiped and honored the gods and goddesses of Olympus.

"What should we do when they actually get here, then," Blaise asked the group.

"We let them in," Luna stated as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

They all turned immediately to look at the blond girl that they were all sure was a seer. They all looked at her as if she had suddenly grown a second head.

"WHAT," they all yelled at the same time.

"They will not stop until they break through the barriers," Luna explains in her usual dreamy tone. "Shattering the walls would leave the roses vulnerable to future evils that wish us harm. Letting them in and showing them who is boss will make them leave. And for those that do not leave. Hades or Tartarus will be seeing them very soon."

The group all looked at each other after Luna finished talking. They all had to think about what she had just said.

"She's right," Mason facepalmed.

"Of course I am," Luna did not have a smug face, but she certainly had on a look that was the closest that she could probably get to one.

"If they tear down our wards, that would leave us vulnerable for weeks before we could get any wards back up that would be anywhere close to how strong they are right now," Abby said.

"And not even just to demons," T'challa added. "If they take down our wards, that would also take down the glamour over the school, revealing us to the mundanes."

"If they see a giant castle-like building appear out of nowhere along with a lake and a forest, that would raise too many questions," Buzz stated.

"And even with memory-erasing spells," Fred started.

"It would be impossible to get everyone," George says.

"Especially if a large number see it at the same time," Fred said.

"Even single person left with their memories would lead to trouble," George finished.

"The best option, then, would actually be to just let them in," Harry said. "If the wards are taken down on their own, then they can be raised back up easily. It would be a lot easier than waiting for them to be brought down by outside sources, which would only leave us more vulnerable than ever."

"We certainly would be able to control things better," Melody added. "If we were the ones that bring down the ward, then the important ones for our secrecy would be able to stay up."

"The wards to keep out intruders would be the ones that would be brought down while also giving us the power to keep up the glamors to keep us secret," Krinos says.

"That certainly would give us a lot more power over what would be going on," Vallia says.

"Plus, as Luna had said, anyone that is left behind would be sent to Hades or Tartarus," Buzz said. "Hades would obviously mean that they would die or be killed during the battle. And for those that don't die, their crimes would be serious enough to be sent to Tartarus prison."

"Right alongside two other psychos that I know," Krinos growled.

Harry and Melody placed their hands on his shoulders. They had been hurt as well by what Red and Black had done, but not as much as Krinos since he had seen everything that had happened. He could not even say their names. The last time that he did, he accidentally had summoned a plant monster with how much anger and heartbreak that just their names caused him.

"Letting them in would actually also provide us with home-field advantage," Vallia said.

"We let them in at areas of the school where we would all have the advantage," T'challa figured out what Vallia did.

"The forest for nature mages like myself and Krinos," Lily says. "The lake for water mages like Celest. And for the other direction, that could be for the animal mages since the stables are on that side of the school."

"And with all the flying mystic souls as well as the air mages, we would be able to attack them from the air as well," Hawk said. "I certainly can not wait to unleash one of my biggest storms onto them."

"The other mystic souls would fill in all of the gaps that would be left from everyone being so spread out," Harry says. "The teachers would also be outside while those with non-violent powers like Hestia would stay inside the school."

"There will also be those with teleportation powers that will be hiding during the fight so that they could grab onto anyone on our side that is injured and bring them to me and all others that would be helping myself and the school healers," Hestia added.

"They certainly will be sent away with their tails between their legs," T'challa smirked.

"As someone that can sometimes have a tail, that certainly means something when it comes from someone like you," Mason chuckled.

"I certainly do take pride whenever I would slap someone with my tail," T'challa snickered.

"I so do not need to know what you do with your tail in your free time," Melody could not help but make the joke.

The rest of them laughed as they saw T'challa and Viktor both go really red.

"I still can't believe that this is actually happening," Krinos says. "Those people are actually so stupid as to go against us. This is gonna be a cakewalk for us."

They all laugh along with him. They all knew that when it came to this war, they were going to win no matter what. The only thing that they did not like was that they would be left with no choice but to kill if they had to. They were not killers, but they would do anything in defense of their friends, their families, and their home.

"Nobody messes with mystic souls and gets away with it," Harry smirked.

"And nobody messes with our jungle beast," the twins smirked and kissed Harry's cheeks.

"Get a room," the rest of the group joked.

Even when they were so close to war, they were still able to have fun. That showed just how much they cared about each other. They were not going to let each other fall into despair over this battle.

Especially since they all knew that they were going to win.
