INGRID woke up to find and unwelcoming surprise in the courtyard. "Niklaus!" She yelled loudly and he walked out onto the balcony, about to question her volume until he saw it too. They exchanged dreadful looks and he walked down to join her.

Elijah crouched down to examine Papa Tunde's corpse, while Marcel, Ingrid, and Klaus stood beside him and watched.

"Can I get you anything, brother? A magnifying glass? A pipe, perhaps?" Klaus questioned him sarcastically.

"You have a theory you'd like to share with us, Niklaus?" Elijah looked up at him in aggravation.

"Back in the day, the witches wanted to send a threat, they'd just kill a chicken and leave it on your doorstep." Marcel informed them with an odd face.

Elijah stood up and fixed his jacket, raising an eyebrow at him. "It's rather a large and ominous chicken, wouldn't you say?"

"Papa Tunde defeated Rebekah with ease, almost got the two of us as well. If he was supposed to be the prize fighter, why leave him for dead in our front yard?" Klaus questioned suspiciously.

Just then, Rebekah arrived and joined them. "Well, don't you look cheery. Listen to this-- A girl literally exploded from a grave today as Sabine was giving a tour of the city of the dead. It was Monique Deveraux."

"What?" The younger brother asked incredulously.

"The tourists thought it was part of the show, but the witches are celebrating like it's some kind of bloody miracle." Rebekah scoffed as she walked up to them.

Marcel paused for a second and looked up at her with a smile. "Maybe it is. They think that all hope is lost, but now suddenly a Harvest girl is resurrected."

"Hmmm." Ingrid mused as she stared down at the floor with a thoughtful expression on her face.

"Something to add, Ingrid?" Elijah questioned her curiously.

"Pape Tunde is dead on our floor and a Harvest girl who has been dead for months is resurrected the next day?" She explained slowly while working through her theory in her head. "You said that all the magic had to go somewhere and it did. Someone resurrected him using the magic from the Harvest ritual. When he died that magic went back to the earth and was returned to Monique."

"You think we can get Davina back?" Marcel asked her, hopeful twinkling in his eyes.

"I think this is a possibility." Ingrid replied with a nod of her head. "My take would be that all you would have to do is kill the witch who wrongfully took her place."

Hayley then walked through the door with a face of dermination. "I have a theory about who one of them could be."

Ingrid rolled her eyes at the sight of the Cresent wolf and groaned lowly. "Hayley."

Hayley ignored her sire and continued on with her theory. "Celeste. I mean, it's got to be. Davina was trying to tell us, she was drawing pictures of Celeste. She was warning us that a great evil is coming."

Klaus paced the floor and shook a finger at all of them while he thought. "First, Papa Tunde returns to settle old scores, now your murdered lover is back. This isn't witches attacking vampires. They're declaring war on us."

Afterwards, Elijah and Ingrid were in her study and he stood in front of her with a slight annoyed expression. "Must you always be unwelcoming to Hayley?"

Ingrid was sitting in her desk chair with a smirk on her face. "Should I be otherwise?" She questioned with a laugh, earning an unamused glare from him. Sighing, she sat forward in her chair and placed her elbows on the desk. "Hayley has shown multiple signs of wanting nothing more than to help her family and she doesn't care how she does it."
