Bakugou didn't respond.

"Please just admit it. We all just wanna know the truth."

That's when Katsuki snapped.

"Okay, fine. You wanna know the truth?" He snarled, lips curving into an evil-looking smirk.

Eijiro gulped. Maybe he had taken this a little too far.

"I don't like Y/n. I really don't. Do you really think that I would like a freak like them? I mean, have you seen them? They're such a loner, honestly. It's so sad-"

"U-uhm... Bakugou-"

"Shut up. I'm not finished. To sum it all up, I don't like them, would never like them, and could never like them. Happy now?"

Eijiro breathed out before pointing behind his friend.

"What? What are you pointing at?" Katsuki asked.

"Look behind you, you ass."

And so, that's what he did. Spinning around, Katsuki rolled his eyes for the third time that day.

However, the person he was met with caused his heart to drop. His eyes visibly widened as his mouth flew open in shock.

"I-I-"

"Oh. So that's what you really think of me, huh? Glad to know we're on the same page now."

"No... Y/n-"

"Save it. Asshole."

Before Bakugou could explain anything to you, you had already taken your leave. You turned around almost immediately then rushed to your dorm.

"Well done, Katsuki. I'm pretty sure you just broke their heart."

"No shit..." The said male mumbled.

"Well, what are you gonna do now? Was everything you said to me the truth?" Asked the red head.

The blonde spun around, shaking his head in a matter of seconds. All he felt was guilt. And so he should.

"No, of course it wasn't. It was all a lie." He sighed, "The truth is... I do like Y/n. Actually, fuck that: I love Y/n."

Eijiro hummed, a knowing smirk forming on his lips.

"So why did you lie?"

"You know me and my pride. My pride wouldn't allow it. I swore to myself I would never catch feelings for someone. But, look where I am now. Also, I didn't really want everyone to know that I liked Y/n. That's why I lied."

Kirishima sighed heavily. "You better hurry up."

"Huh?"

"I don't think you have much time. Go and apologize to Y/n like a real man."

"You know I suck at saying sorr-"

"I know you do. But saying sorry is better than avoiding them. Go now, you better make it up to them."

Katsuki bit down onto his bottom lip, debating with himself for a few moments. Eventually, he nodded his head.

"Bye." Eijiro waved to his friend.

"Bye... And... Thank you..." Katsuki whispered the last part in hopes the red head wouldn't hear.

Of course, he did hear, but didn't say anything. Instead, he grinned before whispering as he walked away, "You're welcome."

Katsuki briskly walked in the direction of your dorm. He ignored all the stares he received from passing students and teachers.

Finally, he had managed to reach your dorm with no hassle whatsoever. Reluctantly, he brought his shaking fist up towards the door before gently knocking on it.

Usually, if it was Eijiro or Denki, the boy wouldn't bother knocking. He would full on blow the door down.

But of course, you were different.

"Go away." He heard a soft mumble from the other side of the door.

The male sighed. "Y/n... It's Bakugou. Please let me in..."

"Are you deaf or something? I said go away."

"Well guess what? I'm not gonna go away until you open this damn door."

The male heard a heaved sigh followed by the shuffling of feet. That's when the door swung open, revealing you who appeared to be absolutely drained. Your eyes were red and puffy and your cheeks were tear-stained.

"Now will you leave?" Grumbled you.

"No. Can I come in please?"

You frowned. "Why must I let you in?"

"Because I want to talk with you."

There was silence between the two of you before you finally gave in. With a quick nod of your head, you stepped aside in order to allow the ash blonde into your dorm.

He stepped inside, hearing you close the door afterwards.

"... What did you want to talk to me about?"

"About the incident earlier." Was the response.

Turning around, you were met with a male who had nothing but guilt brimming up in his eyes. Brushing past him, you plopped down on your bed. Then you gestured to the empty spot next to you.

Knowing what you were implying, Bakugou hesitantly sat down beside you. He looked down towards his lap as he feared to look into your eyes.

"Talk."

And so, he followed your demand.

"Look, I'm really sorry. Really, I am. I meant none of those words at all. It's just... My pride wouldn't allow it. If anyone found out that I had a crush on you, which everyone did, I wouldn't know what to do with myself. So, I did what I believed to be best: I ended up denying my true feelings towards you. I know I seem like an ass, and I totally understand that. You don't have to forgive me at all, but please, just let me tell you this one thing..."

Katsuki inhaled then exhaled, slowly moving his eyes upwards until they locked with yours. It was as if time had stopped and the only thing that mattered was the two of you.

"I love you, Y/n." The male finished off.

Upon hearing this come from the person whom you had liked for awhile now, you were unable to contain the blush that blossomed onto your cheeks. His words were genuine, and you could hear it by the tone of his voice.

However, you wanted him to prove it.

"Prove it." You whispered.

Katsuki's eyes momentarily grew wide. Prove it? Prove his love for you?

The male didn't understand what had gotten into him, but the next thing he knew, he was leaning in closer to you, noses practically brushing against each other as your breaths mingled.

"Fine," He whispered huskily, "I'll prove it."

So, that's exactly what he did. Bakugou pressed his lips against yours, eyes flying shut. You did exactly the same, loving the sensation of his lips on yours.

The kiss was as soft as a feather. The two of you never wanted it to end. You were pouring your bottled up emotions into it.

It was the call for air that caused the two of you to pull away from each other, leaving you both gazing deeply into each other's eyes.

"Did that prove it?"

You smiled, leaning forward to hug the male.

"It did, Katsuki. I love you."

The said male smiled his first genuine smile, butterflies erupting in his stomach.

He pressed a kiss onto your head, wanting nothing more than to just hold you and cradle you in his arms.

"I love you too, Y/n. Would you be mine?"

You laughed, "Is that even a question? Of course I would be yours."
