  you were just kinda in shock. you thought that maybe jake was mad at you and colby, but he can't be because he basically have you to colby.

    you walked at a slower pace. everyone was way ahead of you. you were just looking at the walls.  you heard slight running coming towards you. 
colby : " hey what's wrong"
y/n : "nothing" you mumbled avoiding eye contact
colby : " do you not wanna be here or something"
y/n : " no i do- it's just that... never mind"
colby : " i don't like seeing you like this" " are you sure everything is okay?"
y/n : " yeah" you smiled at colby but it was a lie
    colby gave you a kiss on the forehead.
" c'mon let's catch up with the group" he said

    you guys traveled the boat a little while longer. you guys would hear noises off and on. some little creepy things would happen but nothing to scary. 

sam : " okay it's 11pm and i'm starving, i think we should go get something to eat and then around 3 we can take out the ouija board.
corey : " i think i'm gonna just sit in the far corner or you know leave at 3 am"
y/n : haha very funny corey if i have to stay so do you"
corey : " you know what i'll just take you with me"
y/n : wow that's sounds like a great idea"
  everyone laughed

sam : " okay here's the real question... what should we eat"
corey : "mcdonald's"
y/n : " ew no"
colby : " taco bell"
y/n : "mmm yes"
sam : " okay i think everyone wouldn't mind taco bell correct"
everyone agreed to taco bell.
sam : " what about you jake do you want taco bell"
jake : " sure" he said blankly
    you and jake made eye contact. you were so mad at him. it was obvious he was angry at you. 

  you guys walked back to your room and ordered post mates.
everyone just sat and chilled out. finally after 30 mins your guys's food was here.

   you all ate and talked. jake was still silent.

it was now around 1 am.
sam : " do you guys think we should do it now?"
y/n : " i mean i'd be happier now rather than at 3 am"
corey : " yeah same" he said quickly

" alright i'll get the board and the camera" sam said

    you all sat on the floor surrounding the board. you guys circled the board three times.
sam : " is there anybody that would like to talk to us"
   nothing happened.
colby : " are there any entities or spirits that want to talk to us"
   again nothing.
y/n : " if there are any spirits speak up and talk to us"

   the planchet moved. it moved to yes.
all of you looked at eachother freaked out.

sam : " what is your name"
    the planchet moved very quickly to " no"
all of you released your hands from the board instantly.
y/n : " oh hell no"
corey : " nope not doing this"
colby : " dude" "uh"
jake : " that's not supposed to happen"
sam : " uh yeah" " do you want to talk to us ?"
   the planchet didn't move.

jake : " y/n you ask it, it answered when you asked if it was here"
y/n : "do you want to talk to us"
    the planchet moved to the number 1
colby : " does that mean they only want to talk to one of us"
sam : " i think so"
corey : " oh it's you y/n"
y/n : " no i'm not doing this"
colby : " it's okay" he smiled
      you looked at jake and he was looking at you and colby. he turned away as soon as you looked at him.

sam : "is y/n the one you want to talk to"
   the planchet starts spelling something out ... F, R, O, N ,T
y/n : " front... what does that mean?"
sam : " i mean corey is in front of me"
corey : " nope" " if it means me i'm out bro"

jake : " what do you mean front?"
   the planchet spelled out something again...
B,R,O,K,E,N

corey : " what does that mean now"
colby : " i have no idea"
y/n : " is you're heart broken" " do you feel lost or something"
   it spelt out.... Y,O,U

everyone looked at you.
corey : " is it talking about you?"
y/n : " i-i"
sam : " are you talking about y/n?"

  the planchet didn't move.
y/n : " i'm scared" you said moving closer into colby

colby : " what is your name?"
  the planchet didn't move again.

corey : " y/n i think you should ask it questions"
y/n : " why me"
corey : " cause it's been answering to you"
you sighed.

y/n : " what is your name"
no answer
y/n : " what-"
before you could finish the planchet started moving
M,I,S,T,A,K,E
y/n : " oh hell no" , " it doesn't want to talk to us so i'm not going too"
sam : " wait"  " what do you mean by mistake?"

the planchet spelled out your name. you stood up immediately. " no no no" " i'm done" " i wanna go home"

colby stood up and hugged you. you started to slightly cry. 

   no one had there hands on the planchet. it started to move on its own. 
L,O,V,E,R

sam : "guys guys okay what the hell"
corey : " oh fuck no"
colby : " omg"
  y/n : " wait is it saying the lover this person had was a mistake?" 
sam : " omg you could be right"
corey : " well i wanna leave, i'm done"
y/n : wait someone put their hand on the board with me."
   jake placed his hand on it. you looked at him but he instantly looked away again. sam also put his hand on the board.
y/n : " was the last lover you had a mistake?"
the planchet moved to no, it spelled out ... Y,O,U
you ripped your hands off.
you looked at colby.
y/n : " i'm leaving, i'm not staying here"
you stormed out. 

   what did the board mean by that you thought to yourself as you waited for everyone else to walk out of the room. was it saying that colby is the wrong choice. spirits mess with you all the time so it's probably nothing you thought to yourself.
