PRESENT DAY.

ALLISON'S P.O.V.

I had successfully gone through a week in University as "Allison Pierce."
Lieing about my identity? How was this any normal?
Well technically I wasn't lieing, my last name still translates to Pierce.
School has been normal, going to classes, assignments...you know the usual stuff, nothing out of the ordinary, no extra drama until my boyfriend....oh sorry, ex-boyfriend, Akeem and I broke up today.

It was Angel's party, the chick had the party inside the woods which was kind of lame.
Who the hell has a party in the woods? Angel was a popular girl I had met on my first day here. You could tell she was a spoilt rich brat but I really appreciated knowing her. I mean she was a sophomore so she helped me with a lot of things.

I only attended Angel's party because I was dealing with my break up with Akeem.
I caught Akeem cheating on....
That's a lie, that's what I just tell everyone.

I broke up with Akeem because I wasn't in love with him; I never was.
Akeem wasn't what I needed in my life right now. He wasn't responsible, he wasn't loving or caring. I felt like he didn't love me enough. He was seriously into drugs and I didn't find out until recently and when I asked him about it he slapped me.
He had the nerve to slap me!
I tried fighting him but he hit me against the bed and climbed unto me...severely punching me.
I couldn't date this monster. Even the thought of it gave me the chills.
How could he beat up the daughter of the biggest entrepreneur in the whole of Texas.

"Allison!" I heard Jayden call from behind me.

"Yes Jayden?"
"You okay? I heard from Caroline." Jayden said as she pulled me into a hug.
"I'm okay girl. All I need now is just a couple of few drinks. To drown my sorrows maybe."

"Vodka! That's what you need. Let's sit here." Jayden said gesturing to a spot close to where the Jocks had their drinks.
Jayden and I had a couple of drinks... yeah about over 7 bottles?
I started feeling numb and then it was as though everything I was doing just came as a result of my drunken state.

SNARTS P.O.V

I watched as Allison staggered into the woods. It was clear that she didn't know where she was headed. She then tripped and fell to the ground. She struggled her way up to a fallen log of wood and sat on it still holding the bottle of alcohol in her hands.

As I watched Allison I felt the cold breeze on my skin and I inhaled the scent of the woodsy forest. I wanted to walk towards Allison but I couldn't feel my legs. I took in a deep breath and exhaled.

I slowly creeped behind Allison who was half awake; I wasn't even sure she was conscious of the things going on around her right now or where she even was.

"Oh well! You look ravishing!" She said slowly as though she was counting her words.

I admired her in every way possible. Here before my eyes was the Allison Atravesar. I couldn't do nothing. Instead of taking advantage of her drunkenness to get information out of her all I wanted to do was console her.

"Hey there." I said as I placed my palms over her hands and slowly taking away the bottle of vodka from her.

I asked her what was wrong and she told me.
Although she was drunk she could actually speak to me.

".... so, yeah! I broke up with him and now I feel terribly awful about it." Allison finished her explanation still fighting her urge to sleep.

I thought carefully about all she had just told me.
Why did she break up with this Akeem?
