Chapter 19

Me and Ein are walking out of the classroom but with awareness. The hallways is just flooded with students, so there is no way the shadow knights could possibly- "Found you" Gene said with the rest of the group. I spoke to soon. I immediately looked at Ein hoping he has a plan. Ein looked around and was staring at the window. Why is he staring at the window? "We got unfinished business pet" said Gene. "Pet?" I asked. "What? Can't I give my pet a nickname?" Gene said walking towards us slowly. Ein then whispered in my ear "sorry" that gave me a warm feeling. Sorry? Sorry for wh-  That's when Ein picked me up bridal style and was running towards the last window in werewolf class. He jumped towards the window and we were falling towards the ground. He eventually landed on the ground like it was nothing and was starting booking it. I can hear Gene yelling from the distance but didn't really catch of what he was trying to say. I started laughing non-stop and Ein joined with me.

*Time Skipped*

We are now in front of my house and Ein was still carrying me bridal style. "U-um, Ein" I studdered. "Yeah?" He said making eye contact. Both of us was lost in each other's eye's and I had to break the moment. "C-can you put me down?" I asked all embarrassed that I even asked that. "O-oh! Sorry" he said as he put me down blushing. "Sooooooo" He said. "That was awesome!" I said. "Awesome? We were caught by the Shadow Knights!" He said. "Yeah but the window part was the one I'm talking about! It felt amazing!" I said all hyped. "Heh. Yeah... It was" he said scratching the back of his head. "You never broken a window before?" He asked. "N-no" I lied. I have broken a window before when I was little. Me and Aaron was taught about our history of werewolves and our traditions and one of our traditions was breaking a window. At first it was hard to break a window but eventually we managed to break it by ourselves. Of course, we had to lose that habbit because reasons. "Well, see you tomorrow Ein" I said. "W-wait! Y/n" Ein said. "Yeah?" I responded. "C-can I pick you up for now on? I just dont want the Shadow Knights to pick you up like today" he said blushing. "E-ein. You dont have to d- " I was urrupted by Ein. "O-of course I want to! I want you safe because your... my friend" he said. To be honest, I felt a little touched and heart broken at the same time. I never thought that he cared about me that much, but as a friend. *sign* Maybe I jump into conclusions to fast. Besides, we've only met for a week. "Do you really mean it?" I said. "Of course I mean it! Why wouldn't I?" He said. We both smiled and went our separate ways (you going inside your house and Ein going to his house). I closed the door and just kept smiling. Today might of been crazy, but it was worth it

I watched as y/n went inside her house and closed the door. I regret of what I've said to her '... As a friend...'. UGH! What is wrong with me! Now y/n will think of me as a friend forever! Stupid! Stupid! Stupid... But her smile is just enough to make me happy.

Wish my parents can see that in her instead of 'a distraction'
