Chapter 93

Vans' POV

I turned off the boat engine. I glanced at my watch. Based on my calculation, we are now exactly 20 minutes away from the seashore through swimming. Mabilisang languyan na yan. We are currently in the middle of a vast ocean, madilim na madilim ang paligid. Makulimlim din ang kalangitaan. Sa di kalayuan, umiikot ang ilaw ng lighthouse sa islang iyun. You might be thinking what package is he talking about?

"Are you sure about this?" Tanong ko kay Dark. Lahat kami hinihintay ang go-signal niya. "This is YOUR money, Dark." Paalala ko sa kanya.

"I should have let that jerk get near him." Her father angrily said. "I thought, Grey would never do this to my Margarette. I always see him as a good, innocent boy. Hindi ko alam na naging masamang damo na rin ang batang yun. I would have killed that bastard should I had the chance!"

Pinakiramdaman ko si Dark. Hindi ito umiimik. Pinsan pa rin nito ang pinag-uusapan namin dito. Kadugo niya.

"Bring back my daughter." Harap nito kay Dark.

"I will, Sir, whatever it takes." Dark

"Sir, we need your connection in military." Sabi ko sabay lahad ng plano namin ni Dark sa pagligtas kay Mars.

"Consider it done." Sy agreed. Tinawagan ko kaagad si H para mainform niya sina Owi, Bee, Blue at Nath. Kakababa ko lang ng phone nang magsalita si Dark.

"I need my money now."

Naguluhan ako. Salubong ang kilay na tumingin ako kay Dark.

"They did not release mom after 24 hours of signing that marriage document. That means they don't have the plan at all. Gusto kong ibigay nyo na sakin ngayon ang kabuuan ng mana ko. Now it's confirmed, according to what Margarette's bug cam captured, that bastard has my mom too. Going there is a gamble. If I will go now, I need a leverage to both Margarette's and mom's freedom."
