Through my walk with God, I have been lucky enough to stumble across some really incredible books and devotionals. They have inspired my writings ad encouraged me when things became increasingly difficult in life. So I thought, why not suggest some to my readers? They each discuss very different topics, so everyone should be able to find something they identify with.

So what is book number one? Ladies and gentlemen, I'm No Angel by Kylie Bisutti .

The book is written by an ex-Victoria's Secret Angel. Growing up, she battled to make it in the competitive modeling industry. Suffering extreme self-image problems, she eventually made her dream job. When she finally gains access to this exclusive life, her eyes are opened the the ugly side of being beautiful. For anyone going through self-image struggles, this book is a wonderful way to feel confident as a woman! Even better? The book includes a 30-day true beauty makeover. Here's an exerpt to understand why I love it so much.

"There was no question. The Bible was perfectly clear. I couldn't love the world and love God. I couldn't speak for anyone else, but I know I couldn't continue to pursue a career as a supermodel-let alone a Victoria's Secret model-ans till live a life that was honoring to God. The desires for personal fame and glory would always stand in direct opposition to the kind of humilityand modesty God desired. And they would forever stand in the way of my becoming the kind of God-honoring wife Mike dserved-the kind of woman I read about in Proverbs 31..."
