Yes, that's right folks. God's love for us is better than any love you have been showered with on Valentine's day. Pretty hard to comprehend right? That one day filled with balloons, roses, and chocolates can sure make you feel like the most special person in the world. Whether they are from a spouse, boyfriend/girlfriend, best friend, or even your parents, it makes you feel amazing. In Jeremiah 31:3, Exodus 15:13, and Hebrews 13:8, we are constantly reminded of God's love for us. I don't know about you, but when I hear this, I don't burst with joy. I don't squeal and fangirl and grab my Bible to better understand His love for me. I do smile and feel warm inside, but not the way I should. Why? Because we don't understand the love God has for us. It is incomprehensible. God loves us so much that He sent His one and only Son to die on the cross for us. Imagine giving up someone you are extremely close to into the world's hands all to save people you have never met. They tortured and killed them infront of your eyes. Horrible? Yes. That would take extreme love to do. Well, let me put it this way:

Every sin you have every committed, yes even those, He still loves you.

He sent His son to die a terrible death for you, a sinner? Yeah, He loves you.

The Almighty Savior sees you as His child? If He loves me as much as my parents do then yes, that is love. Feel it. God loves us unconditionally. The more you realize it, maybe we can fangirl more often. After all, it is better than Valentine's day!

As you go about your day, enjoy this incredible verse. It is all marked up in my Bible because it is FILLED with encouragment. Here ya go:

Romans 8:35-39. "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written, 'For your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.' No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord."
