This question aces at the back of my mind. As I get older and am unable to find even a hint of what I want in a future husband, I start to worry. Who is this guy that God plans on me spending the rest of my life with? Is he even going to be everything I have always dreamed of? I'm sure guys have thought this too with a future wife lingering in their thoughts. If you have ever wondered any of this, you are not alone. Sometimes I feel as if I am too high maintenance. I want a guy that is driven, hard working, family oriented, and loving. Obviously attractiveness is thrown into the equation as well. Is there a guy out there that has all these factors and loves God too? This is when we really need to trust God most. For the past couple of nights, I have gone to bed praying that God gives me the right spouse at the right time. Isn't it comforting to know that they are out there somewhere probably thinking the same thing too? For all you know, it's that guy in your class, a man you have never seen before, or heck, that famous guy you are constantly thinking about. Everything is on the table for God. There is no distance too far, no guy too different for God to bring to you. "Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint" Isaiah 40:28-31. Isn't that verse wonderful? It shows that we will never be able to fathom all the incredible works are that God has in store for us, but we just need to trust that He will get us there. He wil strengthen us to not give up. This applies to our future Romeo, or Juliet in the guy's case. Don't give up. God has a beautiful spouse waiting for you out there. Remember, everything is on the table for God. -Katelyn
