Scarlet's POV

Nakauwi pa lang ako galing sa school, pinagbuksan na ako ni Manang Lucy ng pinto at pinapasok.

"Kamusta ang school ihja? Nag-enjoy ka ba? Bakit parang pagod na pagod ka?" tanong niya sa akin.

"Sinabi mo pa Manang, alam mo po ba, may transfer student doon sa school and it turns out to be, Jennica Jane Brillantes. And guess what, she tried to humiliate me in front of everyone. She even called.......... th—this family a coward"

"Ihja, alam mong hindi yan totoo, diba" paliwanag sa akin ni Manang.

"I know manang, hindi kami ganun" sabi ko naman.

Narinig kong pumasok ang sasakyan ni Dad. Ang aga niya naman kaya ngayon.

"Dad, your home early" pagsalubong ko sa kanya.

"May kukunin lang ako, hindi naman ako magtatagal, princess. How about you, bakit parang worn out ang princess ko?"

Si Daddy talaga, bata pa rin ang tingin sa akin.

"Dad, guess who's our transfer student?"-me

"Hmmm..... Justine Bieber?"-Daddy

"Dad....."-me

"Hihihi..... just kidding honey, I don't know"-Daddy

"Jennica Jane Brillantes, heiress of Diamond Group of company. At heto pa, she tried to humiliate me in front of everyone"-me

"And what did you do?"- Dad

"I-I d-did n-no-nothing" the fudge, bakit ako nauutal?

"Good, don't ever fight back, because it's better to be mature than to be irrational about things"- Daddy

Tumalikod na si Daddy at pupunta na sana sa office niya.

"She called Kuya a coward! Dahil nagtatago daw siya... dahil hindi daw niya kaya ang pessure ng business..... she even called our family, a coward.... next time I hear it from her, I won't let her slip away"-me

"No!! You can never do that! Remember, you are Scarlet Shane Ramires, you cannot be beaten by that low judgement. What you must do is to show her that her statement is wrong"-Dad

"Anong dapat kong gawin, dad?"- me

"Wag kang magpatinag sa sinasabi niya, wag mong patulan lahat ng mga accusations niya"-Daddy

"But she'll just keep on being that way"-me

"No she won't, just keep being that way until she gives up. In that way, you win and she lose. Fighting is never a solution, it does not mean that you are not a coward. Sometimes, it just shows that you are a bigger coward"-Dad

"Do you do that everytime, dad?"-me

"Isn't it obvious? Now go to your room, it looks like you need to rest"-Dad

"Okay Dee, thanks for the advise"- me

Pumunta na ako ng kwarto ko. Maybe Dad was right, dapat hindi ako maging kasing immature niya.

Ako si Scarlet Shane Ramires, she can't affect me that easily.

~The Next Day~

"Good morning sweetheart, your up early. Come, dito ka na maupo sa tabi ko" sabi ni Mommy.

Finally, nagising ako ng maaga, I had a chance to eat with them. Since hindi ako madalas nagigising ng maaga, hindi ko nakakasabay silang kumain.

"Asan po si Daddy?" tanong ko. "He'll be here in just a w— oh! he's here" nakita ko na pababa na si Dad at papunta na sa amin.
