Long time no see !
I'm sorry it's been so long since my last update. I've really been sucked into writing Joshler but I decided to sit down and write something for you. I hope it doesn't suck!

"What's the surprise?" I asked. Darren had left me in suspense all day. I spent every minute imagining what it could be.
"I, um, I wrote you a song." As the words left his lips, mine curled into a smile. I blushed furiously.
"You what?" I asked. He just nodded and I laughed. "That's the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me!" I threw my arms around his neck; breathing in his scent.
"Don't speak too soon, (Y/N). You haven't heard it yet. It could suck," Darren said, laughing. I pulled back to look at him.
"That's impossible because you wrote it." He smiled and looked away. "Now, let me hear it!"
"Okay," he said. He smiled and pulled out a piece of paper that had lyrics sprawled across it in his rushed handwriting. He began strumming his guitar and my heart caught in my throat.

He looked up at me when he finished. I knew my smile was huge and looked stupid but I couldn't care less. I wrapped my arm around his neck and pulled his lips to mine.
"So, did you like it?" he asked once we pulled away. I laughed and kissed him again.
