Chapter 39

I woke up the next morning cuddled up to Jake. Jake was already awake stroking my hair.

"Good morning tiger." He said pecking my lips.

"Good morning Jakey." I said smiling.

He chuckled.

"You're so cute." Jake said.

"I'm not cute. I'm hot." I said.

Jake smiled and kissed me again.

"Yeah you are." Jake said. He started placing kissed everywhere making me giggle.

"You're my hot girlfriend." He said still kissing me making me giggle more.

"I-it tickles." I said giggling.

He eventually stopped and kissed my forehead.

"I love you." Jake said.

"Love you more." I replied making him smile.

"No you can't." Jake said.

I smiled at him.

Later that day we decided we'd have a movie night.

Alexa and Jayden were getting snacks and Christian got to pick the movie and I forced him not to pick a scary movie because of Aubrey.

Alexa snuggled with Jayden. I snuggled with Jake. Alexis and Justin snuggled. Jason and Aubrey snuggled and Christian was alone.

"Why am I alone?" Christian asked.

We all laughed as the movie started.

"Is it a scary movie?" Aubrey whispered to Jason.

"No princess. And if Christian was that much of a jerk I'll do anything to get you to sleep tonight." Jason said kissing her forehead. She smiled and looked back at the screen.

The movie started and I realized Christian picked Inside Out. That was one of my favorite movies. It was Aubrey's too.

I grabbed the popcorn and I took some and ate it.

"Share with Jakey." Jake said pouting.

I pecked his lips but he opened his mouth and I put some popcorn in it.

"Thanks." Jake said smiling at me.

I smiled at him.

"You're with him now?!" Aubrey yelled.

I chuckled but nodded.

"Me and you Alexis. These are wimps." Aubrey said making Alexis laugh.

The movie had so many funny scenes but a few sad scenes. Aubrey always cried at the end.

"Why can't our family be that normal?" Aubrey asked.

"It's ok princess. I'll stay up until you sleep and I'll cuddle with you and I'll read to you and I'll stroke your hair and I'll give you snacks and I'll sing to you and-"

"Wait I've never been sung to." Alexa said smiling.

"You're just not special like her." Jason said making Alexa laugh.

"You've spoiled my sister." I said glaring at Jason.

"It was my pleasure." Jason said.

"Mine too." Aubrey said making us laugh.

"Come on we should get to bed." Christian said smiling. We nodded and all walked to our rooms. More like Jake carried me.

"Jake-"

He pecked my cheek.

"I wanted to touch you." He said blushing.

"Are you blushing? I've never seen you blush." I said smiling.

He put my hand on his heart. It was beating extremely fast.

"You do that to me tiger." Jake said.

I blushed for the first time in my life.

"You made me blush for the first time." I said.

"You've never blushed before?!" Jake yelled.

"If you lived my life there'd be nothing to blush for." I said.

"Hey that's ok. You're gonna be happy as long as I'm around. I'll make sure of it." Jake said as he laid me down in bed.

"Ok." I replied.

"Good night." He whispered pecking my lips.

"Good night." I replied.

He put his arms around my waist and pulled me to him and I moved even closer if that's possible. I love him. And I'm not afraid to admit it.
