Chapter 21

Alexa's Pov

As I get to school I open my locker and am greeted by 10 red roses and some new Jordan's.

"Aww thanks Jay." I said pecking his lips.

"No problem baby girl." Jay said smiling.

"You're sweet." I said.

"I'm not sweet. I just have a soft spot for my girl." Jay said.

I smiled and pecked his lips again.

"Gosh those lips." Jay said as he wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Hey go away. I'm being a nerd this morning." I said.

"Come on." He said.

"I'm reading-"

He kissed my lips.

"Please baby girl." He whispered before dragging me. This boy.

He dragged me to the football field.

"It's huge." I said smiling.

"Yup. Court is small compared to this right?" Jayden asked and I nodded.

I found the football.

"Ooh go long." I said smiling.

He went to the end zone and I threw a spiral.

He caught it.

"You got an arm there." I heard the coach say.

"Oh hi there." I said smiling.

"You play football?" Coach asked.

"Oh no I'm here with my boyfriend I was just hanging with him." I said.

"How'd you throw like that?" Coach asked.

I shrugged.

"Go again." Coach said and I nodded.

Jay threw me the ball and I caught.

I used my right hand and threw another spiral and Jayden caught it.

"She could be a quarter back." Coach said.

"It was just two lucky passes." I defended.

"Two lucky passes? Nobody on this team can throw as good." Coach said.

"But I got a sport. Already." I said.

"Yeah well you got two. We have practice Tuesdays and Thursday's and Basketball is Monday's Wednesdays and Fridays." Coach said.

"Ok. But I was forced so if I suck I suck." I warned.

"You know I think there's going to be a lot of couple plays considering Jayden is a wide receiver." Coach said.

"Huh uh. Yeah. Thanks for the help coach. I enjoy playing another sport." I said.

"You'll be fine." Coach said rolling his eyes.

I sighed.

"Come on Jay." I said.

"You really made her day." Jay said sarcastically.

"He couldn't even give me something else. I have to have the position where everyone knows who I am." I muttered.

"Baby girl I believe in you." Jay said.

"You're my boyfriend." I said.

"Hey. Don't do that to yourself. You'll be great." Jay promised.

"Yeah ok." I said rolling my eyes.

I went to my other practice to see the guys I would be playing with.

"A girl is on our team?" One guy asked.
