Isaac's POV
The match was calm.
Final result 2-2
Rhys scored and then someone from swansea scoring an own goal. Alll good all good.
When we got home me Tyrell Rhea and Aaliyah were just chilling
"So are we gonna do gym today?" Aaliyah asked
"You cant bang gym everyday, you have to rest" Tyrell said
"Yh, but me and Tyrell can bang gym coz we havent done any since thursday"
"Kll, we'll watch you then" Rhea smiled
"Yhhh, we'll be your personal trainers" Aaliyah agreed
Me and Tyrell laughed and went to change into our gym stuff
We went into my gym and the girls were already there.

We followed the boys to the weights section and they picked up some dumbbells. 8.5kg each arm and they started to lift.

After a couple more reps we went into the kitchen to cook dinner.

We put the grilling pan on the stove and grilled the chicken breast and put them in the oven to cook fully
"What about dessert?"
"Ummm i can make apple crumble" Isaac suggest
"Man like Isaac" Tyrell smiled
"Rahhh proppa chef" Rhea smiled
I laughed and got the cooking apples out the fridge and washed them.
We all started to peal the apples and then cut them into chunks. Isaac put them in a pot with some lemon juice lemon zest cinnamon and brown sugar and left it for a bit.
By the time it was ready so was the chicken breasts. I took them out the oven and and cut them into strips and placed them on a plate with a fork. The salad was in a bowl with the tongs and Rhea's dressing was peng
And Isaac's leng salsa was in a dish with a spoon. I got the tortillas out the pantry and put them in the grill for like 3 minutes before putting them on a plate and we laid the dinner table with the plates and cutlery
While we did this Isaac made the crumble for his apple crumble. He piled the apple into a dish and put the crumble on top and put it into the oven. I got two jugs, one for freshly squeezed orange juice and one for water and we took them and the cups to the table.

Callin upstairs to say dinners ready is long so i texted mum dad Aysia to say the food was ready.
Isaac even made plates for the triplets. It had a bit of salad with puréed salsa and chicken coz they cant handle full solids at the moment. He put the little bowls on their high chairs and then everyone came downstairs for dinner.

By the time we finished eating, the crumble was ready
He put a place mat in the middle of the table then bought the hot tray out

Isis started to reach for Isaac's bowl
"Mum is she allowed some?"
"Only a little bit"
Isaac put some on his spoon and blew it for her. Its acc so cutee to see him with his baby sisters
Isis started to get impatient making Isaac laughed
"Ayee if i give it to you you're gonna burn your tounge"
Isis started to gurgle which made me smile
Isaac put the spoon in her mouth and she seemed to like it she clapped her hands together
