Alison Thomas has been the best Orthopaedic Surgeon in Seattle, Washington ever since her internship at the Seattle Grace Medical Hospital and went straight into her residency with ease especially since her class was a bunch of idiots who just wanted to get into other doctor's pants and Alison didn't start that until she was in her third year of residency after her first girlfriend had moved away.
She always felt trapped wherever she was doing but her mother once told her to close her eyes and dream about being somewhere that calmed her down and what always came to mind wasn't a field of flowers, it was being in a OR saving someone's life.
