Eleanor and Danielle both stared at me.

"He wants you to sing with him!?" Said Danielle.

"How does he know what you sound like?" Asked Eleanor.

I took a deep breath to explain how Harry and I had sung together, but just then Harry poked his head down and reached out a hand to help me up. I took a deep breath. This was my dream. I loved singing, and I wasn't half bad, either. But this...

I took his hand. He pulled me up on stage.

"Just sing for the chorus and every other verse. I'll start, unless you want to," Harry whispered in my ear.

I shook my head.

"Ok. You'll be fine."

I didn't feel fine.

"Smoke alarm went off at 9

I woke up, wiped the sleep out of my eyes

She left a note "I'll be back in 5"

Well, I'm still waiting for that moment to arrive, hey

I was told to put my job in front of you

But it won't hold me like you do," began Harry. I took a deep breath for the chorus.

"But I do it for the love

Waiting on the gold rush

Keep it on the edge

Smoking on a roll up

When I see my friends

All they say is hold up

And remember the time

When we were in school

Listening to grown ups

Didn't learn a thing

But then again you know what

You know how to sing

But you don't know anything

Other than that

So maybe you should learn to love her

Like, like the way

Maybe you should learn to love her

Like, like the way

Maybe you should learn to love her

Like, like the way

And maybe you should learn to love her

Like, like the way

You want to be loved"

Ok. Solo time. My palms were sweating, and I felt faint. Just make it through the song, I thought to myself. Just one song.

"I never told her that I liked

The way she dances slightly out of time

And pretends she knows the words

To a song she's never heard

But I tell her all the time, hey

I was told to put my job in front of you

But it won't hold me like you do

But I do it for the love

Waiting on the gold rush

Keep it on the edge

Smoking on a roll up

When I see my friends

All they say is hold up

And remember the time

When we were in school

Listening to grown ups

Didn't learn a thing

But then again you know what

You know how to sing

But you don't know anything

Other than that

So maybe you should learn to love her

Like, like the way

Maybe you should learn to love her

Like, like the way

Maybe you should learn to love her

Like, like the way

And maybe you should learn to love her

Like, like the way

You want to be loved

Hey"

I couldn't do this anymore. The room started to spin, and the walls seemed to close in. I looked up. The ceiling was getting higher and higher. I laughed at that, and then I saw Niall's worried face instead of the ceiling. I realized that I was falling and tried to grab onto his hand, but it was too late. My head hit the floor with a thunk, too loud in the all-to-quiet arena, and the world went black.

Ok, I know this is completely cliche, short, and terrible, but I promise it'll all make sense in the next chapter. Also, I am SO FREAKING SORRY for the terrible cliffhanger. I'm a terrible person, I know. But I wanted to do another update today. And THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR READING I LOVE YOU ALL
