☆彡 annoyance (affectionate) fluff
while helping nancy research for the hawkins' high post, you sat across from her, the distance already too long between you. while sitting there scanning over papers you accidentally kick her leg. instantly you're sat there in a playful mood, wanting to actually go out for research, not be stuck in an old library.
throughout the whole process you had been messing with her, tapping her foot, tapping the table, whatever you could do to get her attention. "nancy.." you lean beside the comcat, giving her a pleading look. something in which nancy is very well versed with. she leans over as well, a frown upon her face as she looks at you.
"y/n... this case means so much to me, i love you, i really do, but i really need your help and focus," she holds out one of her hands, hers open, fingers slightly twitching as it lays. you take it, wrapping your hand around hers, holding it tight. "okay, but only if we can stay like this for a second, completely together," you reply, mouthing 'i love you too' at the end.
"i would do this with you for forever if i could, so absolutely we can."
