AU: Mitsuri is an older sister to Nezuko and Tanjiro and her brother, Muzan is protective of His siblings.

Muzan adopted Mitsuri at young age like he was 20 years old and Mitsuri was 6 years old as a sister and they soon adopted Tanjiro and Nezuko as siblings.
