NARRATOR's POV:
Despite the fact that she was limping and still recovering from the burns she absorbed, she knew she had to the land the ship in a safe area for the night.

Since this is an alternative timeline, anything goes, therefore there will be fictional characters and planets as well as locations and things that are not there in the actual Star Wars.

OC's POV:
My face turned into a whole tomato but I'm glad I left the room in time. Thankfully my other droid, A6, had prepared some plasma jelly for me and placed it next to my pilot seat.

I spread it on my arms in an attempt to numb the pain and prepared for takeoff.

"The nearest habitable planet is Moreno." said DD-9. "The course has been set," the droid stopped, expecting to say my name but then remembering it didnt know my name. Then again I didn't know it either. I never really thought too much about it though. The right name will find me someday.

I haven't been to Moreno in a hot second but I had some people I was friendly with there so it's not like I was flying directly into a war zone.

Soon, I saw the south landing platform and claimed myself a parking spot. This was my go to spot when I'd visit this planet because the south lot doubled as a hotel, so if I needed anything I could walk to the building in front of the lot.

I decided to check in on Anakin. I knocked before entering, since I'm a polite anomaly.

"Come in" he said.

"Hey uh did you need anything?" I asked him and scratched the back of my head.

"I'm a bit cold" he shivered. And I immediately fetched him a blanket and a pillow. Pressing a few specific buttons on my medical room keypad, I opened up a capsule shaped object from the wall which unfolded into a bed. I placed the pillow and blanket on the unfolded capsule bed.

I then walked over to him. I glanced at my hands, which were almost healed and I glanced back at him. He was sitting up. I looked at him from head to - well kneecaps - since that's as much as he had left of his body. I hope he didn't think I was checking him out even tho I kinda was. Oops.

My heart broke to see him like this. I wish I could've reverted him back to his original state faster. But to be quite honest if I tried to do it all at once it would probably kill me. So I had to take it one step at a time.

I looked down at where his legs used to be. I reached towards him. He sucked in a breath but quickly released it as I touched his knees. Where the rest of his legs once were.

God I love my droids. Out of the corner of my eye I saw DD-9 preparing plasma jelly. I looked Anakin in the eyes.

"You deserve to walk again."

I moved both of my hands to his right knee and began to take take deep breaths and channel the force within me.

This probably wasn't a good idea knowing I wasn't fully recovered from last time but it was too late to go back.

NARRATOR's POV:
She opened her eyes to reveal two bright white beams of light as she worked on restoring his right leg.

As she restores parts of his leg piece by piece her own right leg began to burn, as some skin began to peel.

She was stubborn and determined I'll give her that. Once she finished restoring the right leg she almost collapsed, but managed to place her hands on his left knee.

OC's POV:
I felt a scorching pain in my right leg. Everything below the knee felt like it was on fire.

The room started spinning but I was determined to restore the left leg as well.

My left leg started to feel the same pain as my right.
It burned.
IT BURNED. LIKE HELL.

But I knew I could do this. I had to do this. I looked up at him.

His face was the last thing I saw before the world went dark.
