Set on a date by some mutual friends, Alain was nervous about meeting you. He knew your name, age and that you worked on a bookstore, but nothing more. His friend told him it was a good idea for him to meet new people, especially after he had broke up with his girlfriend almost a year ago.
So now, Alain was starting to get ready to go out for the date. You and him would meet in a nice restaurant in Paris, not many blocks away from the place where you work.
Alain tried a new suit with red and black stripes that fitted him perfectly. He combed his hair and looked at his own reflection in the mirror. He had the notion he was a beautiful guy, but he couldn't help but feel nervous. It has been son long since he went out on a date that his mind and body were restless.
"That's a charming suit.", A voice said coming from behind him. Alain turned around to see his best friend standing there.
"You think, so?", Alain asked. " Do I look good for the date?"
"Absolutely, mon amie.", He said.
And Alain smiled, hoping that you would like his suit and him too.
