I found a love for me
Hayden opened an old photo album of when him and Ashleigh first met. There where photos of them as little kids playing with each other, and then a skip to where they were around 15 or 16, sitting on the ground back to back as they beamed brightly.

He flipped the page, where he could see photos of when Hayden got sick with the chicken pox as a 5 year old with Ash sitting next to him with red spots on her face she drew with her mum's lipstick so he wasn't alone
Well, I found a girl, beautiful and sweet
Flipping the page again, he remembered the time when they were out in the rain when they were 19, and her dad caught them dancing around and kissing, having fun as teenagers would.

He remembered back to the time when they were 14, and Ashleigh hated him, and yet he still had a crush on her. Neither of them would have expected it to turn out this way, but they were glad it had.

'Cause we were just kids when we fell in love
Ash came and sat down next to him, leaning her head on his shoulder. "Broke out the old book, hey?" She asked in her usual manner, and he nodded. "Yeah" he replied.
Not knowing what it was
Suddenly, Hayden had an idea. "I'll be back in a second. Stay here" he suggested, and quickly shuffled off into the other room, leaving Ashleigh to think by herself. It was a wonder to her that it had already been 3 years since they started dating.
I will not give you up this time
She recalled the many times he had promised he'd be there for her, no matter what. And she knew he was telling the truth.

As he came back into the room carrying nearly old guitar, he quickly kissed her on the lips before sitting down cross-legged.

He looked into her eyes before starting to sing:

As soon as he was finished, Ashleigh smiled and grabbed his hand, pulling him towards the front door.

They began gracefully dancing around in the snow in each other's arms, comfortable in each other's company.
When I saw you in that dress, looking so beautiful
As they looked into each other's eyes, they could see each other's souls, their hearts, their wishes...
